The service from sales man (Chiristopher) was brilliant 100%. Always willing to help. We bought few items for our New purpose build smsrt house from Cookes in Birmingham from same salesman. We today got delivery of our Bspoke Dinning table and OMG what can I say best of best were Andy and Joy totally satisfied with service they gave us. Although they had few more delivery to do but did not rush at all. They both were brilliant again superb service . KEEP IT UP EVERY ONE

We visited here on 18/09 at 2pm. Firstly we both were well come with drink we can give 100% to Jools and lady, all the nerves are gone in an instant as soon as he speaks which shows the character of an amazing person. The massage was beautiful hitting parts I never knew needed massaging.we both me and my partner had sansual massage what can we say but every minute of massage were so excellent. will definitely be in touch in the future when we are ready for the next step up. Not responding email on time. Paid over night deliver and did not come. NO PHONE TO CONTACT. I email them to call me as it was urgent gave them my number but they will not call what a company

Had our 3PH electric installed by Vinay Engineer Calisen/Scottish Power. We had great experience. Vinay came he explained his plan and totally satisfied us before he started the work. The work was carried out very professionally. Vinay is very knowledgeable in his work and satisfied us totally. If I was to employ staff I would be looking for person like Vinay he is worth keeping. There are not many person like him in this world.

I was not aware that my parcel was left somewhere else. I complain that i paid extra for the next day delivery and now it's 3 days still have not got my parcel. That's when i was told where parcel was left. I called and requested refund of at list postage and font need this goods any more BUT COMPLET CARE DID NOT WANT TO KNOW ZND WOULD NOT EVEN APOLOGIES. WOULD NOT BUY EVER AGAIN FROM THIS COMPANY.

It was my first time never done Vouch before. My only worry is what happens to all my documents . As long as landlord don't see then we won't have any problem but if it goes to Landlord then any Tennant will worry. As landlord could be a family and we don't know then our information leaks out to others.
