Very happy with my experience.

Had an issue with a voucher which customer service resolved straight away. Looking forward to my lovely seeds arriving:)

Delivery fine, but got a text saying it was received by a different name from the person who received it.

Very impressed with Specsavers West Ealing. Staff were really helpful.

They are ok. Some interactions have been positive, it really depends who you speak to.

At the end of my tenancy I experienced a letting agent letting himself in while I was home without checking first if I could accommodate a viewing. This was quite disturbing as I lived there alone.

The agent was very pleasant but I was unable to view the property so I was disappointed.

Spoke to 3 people, none of them seemed to have access to the info I needed.

Although I will commend all three for being very polite.
