I have purchased twice from Jati and both times the quality of the product and the delivery have been excellent. The company keeps you informed of delivery dates/times etc and their drivers are helpful. The items purchased are well wrapped and although not cheap are worth every penny, the quality is superb.

Product recommended, I have used it for 20 years approx and have never had any issues with our septic tank so I assume the product does what it says on the tin. The company always supply the product promptly and their monthly email reminder to out another sachet down is invaluable.

Making a change to an existing policy was completed online in a mater of minutes. Very satisfactory
