Private delivery where the bell was rung?

This is the first private delivery service that has used our bell to give us our parcel. Usually the object is slung on the step, and the onlty message we get is from an email to say it has been delivered. I have to say the only normal delivery comes from the Postman.

From the point view of goods they are…

From the point view of goods they are 5*, but because they still use Hermes for deliveries they only get three. As far as I am concerned Hermes are the "Pits" they miss deliveries and when they do finally get here they just dump the goods without any form of contact other than an email to tell you. I haven't lost anything yet but it is a possibility.

Hermes the wingless carrier.

Sadly! this company is using "Hermes" for their deliveries and once again "Hermes" have let us down as they have a delay in delivery (if in fact it gets delivered). I have had so much trouble with Hermes I would not use them even if they were the last in the world.

TRUST?

I review on Trustpilot when requested, but do not see anything being done by them when bad reports are entered. WHICH? When they get bad or questionable reports start things rolling. Why not TRUSTPILOT?

Pan--ic dem

Firstly this review covers the Pandemic period. So in the main Chaotic. However the delivery of my items LG Tv and LG Soundbar/Subwoofer did not go as planned. Sound I received but no Tv. The following couple of weeks found me trying to get hold of Ao but not with a great deal of success. Some of this I can understand, but when I am told that I will be contacted in regard to the situation, and I am not, I find that more than annoying. Then after many tries my Tv arrived. However there was no assistance with the Tv or the clearance of the packing. I will hope that this was only because of the current situation, and does not apply normally. I would point out that the Manual for operation of this equipment was totally inadequate. And to really get things going I had to go to the internet. LG not their finest hour!

We do usually offer an unpack service, were we would unpack the appliance and take away the packaging however due to the current pandemic we have had to suspend some of our services unpack being one.

This Company makes it's deliveries as…

This Company makes it's deliveries as per specified, ie., exactly as advised. Tracking the delivery is also easy. (this was right at the time) BUT!
This company has reached bottom of my reviewing. FIRSTLY THERE IS NO DIRECT EMAIL ADDRESS??
The ROBOT connection is useless.
And to get anything done you must go back to the original Purchase Company for re-dress.
There are two situations to which I refer:
Firstly:
A purchase I made did not get delivered (shown on track & trace as a completely BLANK picture. Then described as lost. Finally found for delivery. ( I had contacted the seller and they then resent the item) Out for delivery (the original parcel) By lucky observation this parcel was found by me just behind my front gate under a bush. Track and trace picture showed was a picture of our dustbin. And finally the second parcel was also found under the same bush a couple of days later.
NO NOTIFICATION WAS PUT THROUGH MY DOOR @ ANYTIME & no apology or anything from Hermes?
Secondly: I am now going through a similar thing with another Company who are now asking Hermes to return the package addressed to me back to them. AND A NEW ITEM OF THE ONE I PURCHASED FROM THEM IS BEING SENT BY OTHER MEANS.
Does everybody reading this think I might get some reaction from Hermes????
I think this company needs to shake up its' ideas, if not at least have a clean up.

I was having a conversation (Net-chat)…

I was having a conversation (Net-chat) with one person and was just getting somewhere when I got cut off. Tried to reconnect got another who wanted to start all over. advised Them I was talking to someone else and promptly got put onto someone completely different. It would appear that Talktalk should be scrapped and reformatted. And I still haven't got the answer I first requested.

Honest

Honest! Further to my last missive. I have at last completed my mission.Almost a "Mission Impossible" With three very different conversations I finally got to the correct area and the reference I quoted was found. I must still maintain that extreme Perseverance be kept up as the head appears to be severed from the tail and unless you keep at it the in-between body does not respond very well.
I did However get through finally and got the result I was offered under the reference quoted me. Satisfaction and shattered; do they mean the same? You really have to work hard.

I have come across poor organisations…

I have come across poor organisations in my time, but TalkTalk really does take the biscuit. It is awful. They seem to be frightened of their own shadows. They really don't seem to want to help and all they seem to give is surface talk with no depth to it. I'm in a complaint with them (I squeezed a ref-REP-5610130) out of them plus a recall number but have had to go to the internet to connect, and then to Mobile internet because for some reason the connection was lost. Then TRUSTPILOT came up. Maybe I will finish this once I connect and complete. My glass is half full!
