This meant to be more a comment about RB and the negative reviews. Hey reviewers - thanks so much for the reviews. I was prepared to make a $1200.00 purchase but after reading some of the reviews, homie ain't there. I am not going to put myself through that agony. Thank-you.

On June 6, 2019 I wrote a scathing review of MyAirbags for what I thought was incomplete workmanship. I was far out of line. Immediately following submitting the review, a representative of the company called me and asked that I return the instrument cluster and they would make it right. There were no additional expenses incurred and they repaired the cluster to function like new. It works perfectly and I am ashamed. Ashamed I had not given them a chance to make it right before writing such a negative review. I sincerely appreciate the ethics MyAirbags has demonstrated and wish to apologize for acting so hastily.

Well - so often in our lifetimes we encounter situations where we feel helpless when dealing with a business. Reviews are the only means in which we can secure justice and warn others. I sent in an instrument cluster for a 2005 VW Passat to MyAirbags for a repair to the center display which fades when the cabin temp warms up. I explained the situation by phone and in a note attached to the cluster when I sent it in. I was assured by phone, the problem would be rectified. So I spent $170.00 for the repair (not accomplished) and shipping. It took two weeks from start to finish - I had to pull the cluster, pay the money, and wait. Wait for nothing. I spent $170.00, two weeks, and time to R & R the faulty cluster. I did this for nothing. They got my money and I got nothing in return. Good grief - don't get bamboozled by this company - you're throwing your money away for nothing. It's worse than gambling - at least you have a chance of winning - you have no chance of winning with this company. Trust me - not worth the aggravation.
