Disappointing service

I ordered a number of dresses from Debenhams which included some from their concession partners. One of the dresses had a button missing. I ended up returning all items. The returns process was cumbersome because items need to be returned to individual retailers rather than to Debenhams. The website asks customers to report faulty goods to Debenhams, which I did by email, but never received a reply. I ended up returning the item without acknowledgement from customer services as I was concerned about missing the returns window. The refunds process is chaotic. I received emails telling me that 2 of 4 refunds were being processed. Days passed but no refunds were received. I heard nothing about my other 2 refunds. In the absence of a customer service phone contact I opted for a WhatsApp chat. To be fair, my message was answered quickly and I was assured that the refunds were being processed. Shortly after this exchange I did receive all 4 refunds due to me. I am, of course, pleased with the outcome but I should not have had to chase. As a result of my experience, regrettably, I am unlikely to place any online orders with Debenhams in the future.

Good experience from start to finish

Good experience from start to finish. Good range of products (I needed a helium balloon quicklybto celebrate a birthday). Next day delivery worked perfectly. Reasonably priced. Would order again.

Great experience; excellent communication

Really good communication. Received a phone call 2 days before delivery advising that I would be given a 4 hour delivery slot on delivery day. Received details of 4 hour slot then received a phone call from delivery team on delivery day with a one hour delivery slot. Really impressed! Delivery team very polite and helpful. Great experience from order to delivery!

Great customer service

Very positive experience. Julie was super helpful, friendly and professional when I called to place an order. Having found the items I wanted to purchase cheaper elsewhere, Julie was able to offer me a price match. She was also very helpful with delivery dates. I would be happy to recommend Land of Beds not least for their friendly and extremely helpful customer service.

Great service, great quality

Visited the Windlesham store last weekend and had great service from Ian. So pleased that we made the journey as we ended up choosing a dining set which was different to the one we had chosen online! The store has a big range of furniture on display and the quality is excellent. Looking forward to our delivery and keeping our fingers crossed for a decent summer! Thank you Ian for your help. It was very much appreciated.
