Your delivery driver was excellent. He rang the bell, waited for me to come to the door and asked if I would like him to place the parcel (plants) in the greenhouse as it was raining. The large parcel is in perfect condition. Very impressed.

My delivery, of a quite sizeable tree, was excellent. The tree arrived in perfect condition and the friendly delivery driver couldn't have been more helpful. Having a brief email just before the delivery was also helpful. Altogether extremely pleased.

I received healthy, well packaged plants. Brookside has plants I haven't come across before which is always tempting! Their information on packaging and delivery was good. Will certainly buy from them again.

Firstly, deciding on the order was made so much easier because of the two lots of samples I was able to order free of charge. I was delighted for find a 'tapestry' material to cover two old foot stools and having placed the order it arrive quickly and I am delighted with the quality. Very pleased with my purchase.

Having read lots of good reviews I am very glad I bought from this company. The plants I ordered arrived quickly, very well packaged, well labelled - very pleased with them. There was a hand written note about one of the plants which shows the personal touch.

I am revamping my garden and will be buying more plants in the future.

I needed a wasp nest attending to quickly as I had builders coming in. When I ran JG they were very helpful and reassured me they would come asap. Their operative was very efficient and explained exactly what he was going to do and what, if anything, I needed to do afterwards. Fairly expensive but I think that is standard. I am now without wasps and I would certainly use this company again.

I received my order, a small patterned rug, promptly and well packaged. It was bought as a Christmas present and I'm pleased to say the recipient is delighted. There are so many lovely patterns to choose from and 'Home 45 - 65cmx85cm' is perfect.

My hydropod arrived well packed, in perfect condition and on time. The product is exceptional, I now have two, each taking 40 cuttings. I have heaters in both which I'm sure speeds up rooting. My latest success are some hardy Hibiscus cuttings which rooted within 4 weeks. I would recommend this product to any keen gardeners.

I can't recommend your home delivery service highly enough. I ordered my edging shears one morning and they were with me by the evening. I received notification of a two hour when I should expect delivery and received further information that your driver was 7 minutes away just before they were delivered. Brilliant. And the edging shears are excellent too!

The Long Acres van delivered my rather small order first thing on Bank Holiday Monday - I felt a little guilty I could have picked it up myself. Really impressed with the speedy delivery service and will definitely purchase from them again.
