Flowers ordered for my daughter's 21st birthday to be delivered to her at work. They didn't arrive. I emailed to complain and cancel as the moment had definitely passed and had no response. My daughter has just text to say they've arrived at work, when she isn't, 5 days late. What was meant to be a lovely surprise was completely ruined.

I ordered a special gift for a special birthday. The gift was personalised and due for delivery Jan 21. I was informed 2 days prior to this that the item would not be available until jan 26, a day after the birthday. I accepted this as I had no alternative, I've now been given a delivery date of Jan 30. Had I been informed when I ordered I would have had time to find something else. Not good enough.
