We've tried to call you to explain the difference between the products on ebay and the Prowarm products on our main website page, but we were unable to get through.

All Prowarm branded products have a lifetime warranty giving you peace of mind when installing the heating cables under your floor. Our items listed on ebay are not Prowarm branded products and do not come with the same warranty, which creates a slight price difference between these items.

Should you wish to send back your Prowarm item for a lower cost item, please let us know as soon as possible.
