Absolutely terrible service. Parcel just sits for days on end in each place it is sent to. 5 days in Coventry. 3 days so far in Dublin and still not ready for delivery. They wait for a bag to be fill before moving anything on. Impossible to contact them. I ordered from and Uk site but somehow it started in Germany. No communication able in English which is difficult when you don’t speak German. Like I say I ordered from England so I do blame the company I bought from also!! But not what you could expect from any DHL service.
Horrendous customer service. Impossible to contact them. Our video doorbell stopped recording so I went to check if the payment had gone through. Not only had it been paid, they have been taking the amount out twice a month for the past 2 years. We have tried everything to contact them but nothing! Buy a Ring!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND ALSO AUTOMATICALLY SET UP A SUBSCRIPTION FOR 79 EUROS!!! TOTAL SCAM And they take your money for a fast track before you realise it won’t work when you need it. Absolute scam. And it’s hard to cancel the unwanted subscription. I have blocked them taking money from my account.
Very disappointed with the service we received from TUI. Very impersonal service. Not a very comfortable flight - terrible staff, super unfriendly and rude - it was like they didn’t want to work from Ireland so treated everyone with disdain. Horrible food, entertainment on board was really poor and there was no possibility to have a drink/snack outside of the service trolley on a 10 hour flight. Then the hotel - TUi party was a disgrace. Never saw a rep except for a Hotel member to point to a person on her iPad in the corner. Hope never to use TUI again. Only reason we did was for a direct flight to Mexico.
Poorly made dress. Nothing like the photo. Pattern wrong. Material cheap and shape is like a sack. Spent €58 on something I will never wear and from other reviews will probably not be able to return. AVOID!
Shocking system. Card got blocked because I changed bank cards. Leap card gets blocked. However there is €39 on the card. For me to get a refund I need to pay €30 auto top up and then send the card back to have it unblocked. They will send it back in 3-5 working days and only then can I ask for a refund. It is a joke. I have contacted them to ensure this is actually their process but no reply! Leap card need to cop on. Ridiculous service!
We booked our holiday with Love Holidays before Covid-19 and understand all travel agents are under pressure. However, their customer service is shocking. About 3 weeks before the trip our flights were cancelled. I contacted them to let them know that we couldn't travel as we have no flights but we never heard anything from them. Then just before the holiday Love Holidays let us know that the holiday couldn't go ahead via email. However, every day for the past 4/5 weeks they have attempted to take the balance of €5,300 from our account. Thankfully we had frozen the card and have since cancelled it. We should be on holiday now and they are still attempting to take the money. I have tried to contact them so many times and still have not spoken to anyone. I doubt we will ever see the €1,200 we paid for the flights. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

It is my first and last time to use AddressPal. There is an extra cost of €10 handling charge by An Post which I didn't know about. Not only that I paid VAT on my parcel only to find out it is only a small bit of my order. The 2nd part has disappeared and I can't get a reply from anyone at AddressPal. AVOID.
Shocking service. Stupidly I ordered without checking trustpilot. The service is ridiculous. They took my money but never communicated with me about dispatch date or arrival time. When I chased the sent me a link to track my order which is in Chinese. Nothing has happened with my order for 10 days. I have asked to cancel the order but the are now ignoring me. Do not use this company.

Very efficient service. Hamper was delivered on time and the hamper itself was excellent. Lots of lovely tapas goods inside. Definitely recommend this and Bunches.
We booked a food tour in Venice with Guilia. From the moment we met, we realised it wasn't going to a very informative or interesting tour. Guilia was not very chatty and in fact we felt quite uncomfortable while we ate in the few places we went to. It was certainly not worth the money we paid €43.50 each. We ate a half a grilled sandwich/some small deep fried squid and a small sandwich. We also had 3 very small drinks (a shot glass size of wine - which we know cost 0.50c). There was never anywhere to sit in the places we were brought to and some were even closed. We cut the tour short and will never use with locals again. I have complained to the company, who offered €30 Discount if we use them again. Unfortunately we won't and won't recommend this company.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The service is shocking, the goods that did arrive took over 2 months to arrive, the rest are still not dispatched. The clothes look nothing like the photos. The sizes are so small they wouldn't fit my 14 year old. The fabrics are cheap and tacky. Asking for a full refund Refund but don't see my getting any money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
