Lost my proxy after few months.!

I have been using their services for a few months, and everything was good until my proxy got expired, as soon as it got expired I contacting them to pay again within 24 hours. They just refused to give me my subnet and IP back. they should atleast give us some time I think 24 hours are not enough to just refuse to give me my subnet back. I tried to explain them that it was really important as my Paypal and tiktok both are using that proxy, but still they just refused to help.

It was a great experience with customer…

It was a great experience with customer support, Tristan helped me get the desired proxy and provided me the solutions and replies were quick, unlike proxyseller.com, whose support team is as slow as a zombie.

I have purchased my proxy lets see how it goes.

Scammers

Scammers, After few months of good service my website stopped working, and when I reached the support, he was more interested in trying to sell me their expensive package I refused so They Suspended my account suddenly without any warning, when I asked for reason they said you were using more resources than allowed, I did'nt knew how and when I used more resources, I did not made any changes to my website in days.

and when I asked them for a backup, they tried to charge me $15 for a backup of my site on which I have already spent $$ for SEO. I have stopped using there service.

As far as we understand, most likely, you had a Shared hosting plan which was suspended because of the recourse abuse. Since Shared hosting means that a lot of users store their data on the same server, we restrict exceeding recourse limit of our Shared hosting plans since it may cause issues for other users on server. In case your hosting exceeds limits which are provided in our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), it may be suspended to prevent possible issues for other users.

Your hosting recourse usage limits are provided on the main cPanel webpage so in case you exceed those it will be visible on your end as well.

Regarding the $15 fee, we provide it to restore the backup of the website from expired/suspended services. This information is also provided on our website since it is a regular procedure. CJ Dropshipping Seems scam to me

CJ Dropshipping Seems scam to me, my customer placed the very first order on my store, and when I placed the order on CJ Dropshipping they kept the order pending for 5 days and then told me that the item was out of stock and they will buy it from other supplier so I have to pay additional $5, so I paid the additional $5 then they said the new product is on its way to their warehouse, and then after 2-3 days they said new product is also not available so do you want to ship slightly different design to your customer? I got angry and after the debate, they said they found the same product and would ship it in 1 day, then after 1 day they didn't gave me any update and asked for 1 or 2 additional days then they said the product is on its way to their warehouse and then after 1 day they said the product was lost and supplier is again out of stock and refunded me the amount.

so my first order in my store got treated like that and now my customer may give me a bad review.

Will remove my CJ account. my customer placed the order on 16th December and because of CJ it is not shipped till now and may get cancelled.
