Focused solely on maximum Profit

I suffer from severe gambling addiction to the point I have no control over my play or spending. I have fought this for years with counseling, gamblers anonymous, medications and more to no avail. So about 5 years ago I signed a state casino ban to stop my gambling and it was working for awhile and then these so called sweepstake casinos started popping up online and advertising to me constantly on social media and via email. Coinz was one of these casinos that did this. I tried and tried to fight the urge but my disease won and I signed up at their site and low and behold I was allowed to make an account and in less than 24 hours my disease mindlessly deposited thousands of dollars which was my rent, savings, food and utility bill money. Even my sons school lunch money. I wish I could have stopped but that is not how this disease works, it gives you a high like no other when you are playing and your brain craves that high to the point that nothing else matters. Even when I was won over $5k I couldn’t stop and redeem as my disease would not stop until all my money was exhausted. Now anyone could look at my play and see that is not a player that gambles for entertainment purposes clearly. My play was due to this disease.

So I contacted this site when my son saw me crying and I told him what happened and he helped me contact this site and ask for a permanent exclusion and for a refund of the deposits that were not made of sound mind and were not for entertainment and we included proof of my addiction and a copy of the state casino exclusion. The company at first was very nice and stated that they will investigate and see about a refund, but honestly it seems they were just delaying to make sure the payments cleared. After a week or so they stated our policy is no refunds and refused to refund. Even though they could see and the knew now it was all related to gambling addiction and I was under the state casino ban. Profit seems to be, in my opinion, all they care about. I begged and pleaded with them for help explaining that I had no money for food, rent, or anything and they refused to help me at all. Trying to apply a policy that was meant for entertainment players to a player like me that played for addiction and had a signed ban in place is not only irresponsible, but heartless. It seems this site like many others are owned by outside countries and are not USA owned and operated.

I have also noticed that they are getting a lot of negative complaints here lately and it seems that flag them all in an attempt to get them removed. My experience is 100% real and accurate and I can prove everything I write here.

I don’t recommend playing at this site based on all of the above and I strongly suggest that anyone that has been victimized or had a bad experience to do the following:

1. Write your experience here and other review sites to warn players that are able to play for entertainment purposes.
2. File a complaint with your state attorney generals office and casino commission if you have one.
3. File a fraud complaint with the FTC
4. Contact your state and federal legislatures about regulating these entities or banning them.
5. Contact your bank to see about disputing these transactions.
6. If you are able to gamble for entertainment purposes, do so in a regulated casino.

Gambling addiction is a serious disease and the best thing that I can recommend is not starting gambling in the first place. When it’s not for entertainment it destroys lives.

Reply to their reply: they feel so sorry for my situation that they decided to keep the money that was spent not a sound mind but of addiction and they know it that reply is absolute garbage. They’re just trying to seem like they’re doing the right thing and to help their ratings on trust pilot. But the thing about it is they purposely kept that money which no sane person would’ve spent, so that goes to show you what kind of company they are!

Profit over people

I am a gambling addict, a disease I cannot control and have done everything I can to stop. I have tried GA, counseling and medications to no avail and that I why I signed a complete casino ban in my state to exclude me. Well then these sweepstake casinos started popping up and pushing advertising all over my social media and emails. It triggered my addiction and has ruined my life again. These places like Roxy Moxy skirt the law and pretend to be sweepstakes to avoid things like the casino exclusion when they are really just casinos with the same games as casinos. The difference is they don’t abide by things like signed exclusions or casino commissions and exist only to profit over people at any cost, including those that have diseases like mine that they cannot control.

You see this wasn’t for entertainment for me this was to feed an addiction that I cannot control. My play here was very penny I owned mindlessly played due to disease and not entertainment. A blind man could look at my play and see that it was addiction oriented as I played till I had no money to play and even when I was way ahead I couldn’t stop. But for this site it didn’t matter, even when supplied with proof of my disease and the signed casino ban they acted like they cared and that they were going to help me, but they actually just played games for two weeks for the purpose of making sure my deposits cleared and safeguarding their profits and then claimed sorry our policies won’t allow us to refund. Policies are meant for people that understand repercussions, that play for entertainment, that are not controlled by a disease they have no control over. Even they know we have no food or rent money they decided to profit off addition instead of doing the right thing. This is not a sign of a responsible business at all and is very heartless. Now imagine what else they are capable of doing?

So if you were victimized by this site or one of the other similiar rogue businesses it’s time to stand up for other players that have been victimized.

Share your experience here and at other sites to warn others.
File complaints with your state AG, the FTC
Contact your elected officials to have these places banned
Contact your bank and dispute these transactions, especially when they refuse to honor state signed bans

Let’s get together as Americans and help fight for other Americans victimized by this site and others.

My family is suffering but let’s help stop them from making other families suffer as well!

Let me tell you a true and sad story

Let me tell you a true and sad story. For over 10 years I have had a severe gambling addiction and have tried everything to treat it to no avail including GA, therapy, Medications, etc. the only thing that works is bans. I signed a casino ban in my state and then these sweepstake casinos started popping up and targeting me in ads and direct marketing and I have been battling this illness ever since. You see most of these sweepstake casinos, including this one, are owned by overseas companies that are only interested in profiting off of Americans at any cost and could care less about signed bans or casino exclusions.

This company is owned by the same company as Fortune coin and Yay casino. Two casinos that over a year ago I advised them in writing of my severe addiction and asked for permanent ban from their platform! Well guess what, they wanted to profit more off my addiction so this month they started sending me emails to play here knowing of my addiction and permanent exclusion request (I have the emails to prove this) so of course my disease took over and I played but was able to cash out once but my disease took hold and even when I was over 20k ahead I couldn’t cash out anymore as I couldn’t stop playing until I was unable to deposit more because I lost everything I owned mindlessly without sound mind due to my illness. My play reflects my disease and when my son caught me playing he helped me write this casino skin for permanent ban and refund for any purchase over what I was able to redeem. Well guess what, of course they denied refund because this was all by design. They knew of my addiction as I have the emails to prove this as they are the same company and I believe that this was all by design. Max profit seems to be their goal! I have sent them countless emails begging for a fair resolution and they ignore them, they even made me jump through a bunch of hoops to close my account on purpose to try and get more money from me. It’s sick and criminal like in my personal opinion what they did!

I am trying this to warn others, these places play outside rules and regulations that are normally connected to casinos. They claim to be sweepstakes but it is random casino games and not a drawing. Just a disguise to freece Americans.

I encourage everyone to avoid these sites and report your concerns to the FTC, the state attorney general, write reviews, and contact your elected officials to get these sites banned for good before more Americans fall victim.

They didn’t care about my well being and they won’t care about yours either!

Reply to their reply: I have contacted them countless times by email and they do not respond. Their response is not accurate. They have my email and could reach out anytime but they didn’t even respond to multiple emails. I will send another email to see to show they don’t care! I just sent them another email, no reply of course! Been a day now and no response. They only wrote that below to help their score here and to feign help!

Profit over People

Let me start off by stating, I am a severe gambling addict and have battled this disease for many years and have tried GA, medicine, counseling, etc to no avail. The only thing that works for me is the signing of a casino ban that I did a few years ago to block me from being able to play in land or online casinos. Fast forward to now, everytime I opened social media I was bomboarded with ads from this site offering me free coin to play and join. I tried hiding the ads and ignoring them and finally my diseased brain thought lets just try it you should be blocked because of the ban anyways. Well I was shocked that I was allowed to open an account and play here. So at first it wasn’t too bad, I deposited a little and even cashed out a few hundred and I thought my disease was over and I had control, but it was just the tricks of the disease. A few nights ago I mindlessly like a zombie with no control played every penny I owned at thus site until the only thing that stopped me was not having any more money. I was even way ahead and my disease would not allow me to stop and cash out. My partner walked in and saw this and helped me to write an email asking for a refund and ban (shouldn’t have been allowed to play here anyway). I blind person could see that these deposits and play were not of sound mind and were the result of addiction, but this site responded with no care and basically said no refunds even though I provided them the signed casino ban with my state, they still didn’t care. They just wanted to profit at any costs even over the well being of me and my family. You see if you can gamble for entertainment than that’s great and those should be the players this site should want but instead they seem focused on profiting off of addiction instead of doing the right thing here.

I believe this site operates with an overseas owner that could care less about Americans and their well being, only in it for profit.

So if you are considering playing here I suggest you rethink because of a site can do this what else are they capable of? Manipulating games maybe? Who know really. Look at the positive reviews here and you will see what I mean. They are all from people with one or two reviews….. hmmmmmm

If you have been a victim like me of this site, please contact your congressman, state attorney general, and ftc to file complaints so at least no one else gets victimized.

Reply to their reply: what they really meant: sorry your family is starving and you had a casino ban on casino ban in place we ignored but at least we profits off your addiction and have more money now!

I have a severe addiction issue and have been battling it for many many years. I signed an exclusion from all casinos several years ago, which is still in place. I have tried all forms of treatment, including medication and therapy to no avail and the only thing that works is bans and exclusions. I have been doing really well until I started getting targeted and ads on social media from this site. I tried my best to ignore them but when you are as bad as an addict as I am, it’s very very difficult and eventually I gave in and signed up for an account and was surprised when my account was opened and approved even with the exclusion in place. I was strong enough to ask for an account closure once but must have once for addiction but the company reopened my account and sent an email advising this after one month knowing that I was an addict! I thought I could just play a little bit just to have fun, but that quickly turned into mindless addictive playing because of a disease that I’ve had for many years. I didn’t even realize how much I was depositing or playing and even when I was way ahead, I couldn’t stop and cash out because of my disease in this company can clearly see that. In his little as a few hours, I spent over $2000 it was every penny that I had including every bit of my savings and it finally took someone coming in to see me playing to stop me and help me so they help me write an email to the company asking for them to give me the exclusion that I should’ve already had and to ask for a refund because the purchases were not made of sound mind and we’re not of informed consent. Over the past two days I have sent countless follow up emails to no avail, even though they did finally ban my account so they are obviously reading them. They just don’t care to respond. Today I got on email and spoke to Miranda who says she was the customer service manager who very heartlessly just said sorry all purchases are final no refunds even though she knows I’m not supposed to be allowed to play here and all these purchases were done so without proper consent or of a sound mind. I have begged this company for help. I begged her for help and she just kept saying all purchases are final showing that this company cares more about profit than they do about actual people you see that money was my rent my food money even my son school lunches And they don’t care. Policies like that are made for people that can gamble for entertainment purposes and that’s not me I gamble due to a disease that I cannot control. I wish I could control it, but I can’t and instead of them doing the responsible thing as a company. They decided to keep my money now imagine what else they do as a company if they desire to profit off of addiction Could they not manipulate games? Could they not do other things as well because if they’ll stoop to this level what else are they capable of?

I strongly suggest people avoid this site and if you have been wronged too, contact your state, Attorney General and file a complaint. Companies like they should not be allowed to pray on innocent people.

This site is another foreign owned…

This site is another foreign owned company that purposely targets and profits off addiction. I am a severe gambling addict something that I am not proud of but unfortunately I cannot control and have tried medicine, GA, and more to stop and exclusions and bans are the only things that work. This company started targeting me in online ads and emails repeatedly until my addiction took hold. I should not have been able to sign up because I had signed a casino exclusion at all casinos and it was in force, but they ignored it and stole my money anyway. Once I had lost everything I had my partner stepped in and helped me stop and we contacted this company and sent them the casino ban and proof of addiction and they said sorry no refunds even though the money was not spent legitimately. They only care about your money and not about actual people and a company that does this is capable of anything, or possible game manipulation and more.

If you are a player that can legitimately gamble for entertainment purposes only I suggest you go to a license casino or a state license online casino that is regulated and avoid places like this because it’s very clear. They’re just after your money no matter what way they get it. Dollars are more important than people to these foreign interests and who knows where the money actually goes to! They just have registered agents in the country. They’re all foreign owned.

Reply to their reply:

They take responsible gaming so seriously that they ignored a signed casino ban and even when provided proof of actual addiction ignored that too and decided to keep all the money that was spent not for entertainment but due to a disease! They only care to make a profit! Policies were made for normal players that don’t suffer from this horrible disease but you would rather profit off addiction and ignore a family starving due to something they cannot control! Shameful!

They don’t honor their own policies.

I have a horrible gambling addiction. One that I have sought help for many times to no avail. The only thing that works is bans and exclusions. I have a state wide gambling ban already in place. On 12/6/2024, I contacted RealPrize.com after losing thousands of dollars due to addiction and asked them to permanently close my account due to my severe addiction and they told me it was irreversible and I said yes(happy to share these emails). Fast forward to last night, after seeing repeated advertisements for RealPrize on my social media I emailed them and requested reopening of my account. To my surprise they immediately opened it against their own policy and without question. I then mindlessly spent my rent, food money and everything I had. Even when I was ahead thousands I couldn’t stop because of my disease. Now here is their policy on permanent closure which is exactly what I requested on 12/4 - Permanent Closure - Accessible by sending a request to support realprize.com
• You may choose to permanently close your account. If you wish to do so, send a written email to support at realprize com requesting a "Permanent Account Closure" and state the reason for the closure. Please note that, unlike an indefinite self-exclusion, a permanent closure is irreversible and cannot be reactivated under any circumstances.
• You will be required to provide a "confirmation of understanding" to permanently close your account.

They should have never reopened my account period. I sent them an email last night begging them to again close my account and refund these purchases as I should have never been able to play here due to the ban and the permanent closure of my account in December. They said we believe in being responsible and are a legitimate business and refused to refund anything due to their purchase policy. Seems they only enforce the policies that benefit them. Profiting off of addiction is sick and demented and shows what kind of company they really are. They allowed this to happen by going against their own policies because they obviously wanted to profit off my disease and now won’t even do what’s right. If they will do this what else are they capable of? Cheating, manipulating games? Who knows really!

I encourage everyone to file a complaint with your state attorney general and the CFPB, companies like this that prey on people should not be allowed to operate in this country.

By the way, this is a Delaware based company. I strongly suggest for you to email the consumer protection bureau of the state of Delaware with your complaints. consumer.protection at delaware.gov

Reply to their reply: I did do the responsible thing and asked for permanent exclusion and you are the ones that broke your policy and stole money from an addict! That you knew was an addict and had no control because you are a irresponsible business!!!

This company is not recommended at all

This company is not recommended at all! I purchaed $300 worth of LTC with my debit card and after 6 hours they told me my transaction was denied but it charged my card! I contacted them and they said they would process a refund but it’s kit processed and my bank posts these things immediately even if just pending and I checked with the bank already and they said no refund issued. I think this company is scamming me out of $300. Never ever had an experience like this one at any crypto company before.

PayPal is a mafia type organization…

PayPal is a mafia type organization that does whatever they want to do and doesn’t care about you! I used my PayPal debit card and was scammed by an overseas firm and PayPal refuses to fix it even though I have been with them for over 23 years! They simply don’t care you get ripped off! I asked them to close my account and they also refused saying I had a negative balance because of the fraud perpetrated on me.

I even had someone from their executive office called me and asked me a ton of questions about why this was fraud and at first acted concerned and then I realize that he ignored everything I said and already had made his mind up to tell me that they wasn’t going to do anything. And then he got upset when I got upset that he wasted my time. The guy had no customer service skills whatsoever. He had no empathy and was only just going through the motions when I thought maybe he actually did care and that’s why he was calling. I will never use this platform again. They play by their own set of rules and unfortunately, with Trump in office, the CFPB is not going do anything.

PayPal doesn’t care about you all they care about is getting their money regardless if it’s due to a scam or fraud or what

Scam Medical Care

This site is a scam in the medical world. Signed up to get two non controlled medications refilled. Paid $52 for them to read a form ( no personal contact by doctor) and then send prescription. I requested 90 day prescriptions. I have been taking these medications for years with no adverse effects.

The doctor sent in 30 days worth and not 90 days as requested and then wants me to come back in 30 days and pay another $52 for another 30 days worth and then at 90 days pay $90 for a video exam and get a bunch of unnecessary testing done that I have had countless times. No doctor makes you come monthly for non controlled medications

It would have been cheaper for me to pay the cash price at my pcp then do this! It looks cheap to do until they lure you in and bait and switch you and require you to come back monthly!

They are scam artist's and you should avoid this company at all costs!

Warning

I have suffered from severe gambling addiction for the last twenty years (Gamblers anonymous failed, psych failed, medication failed) and was barely doing good for the past year. Then I started getting targeted repeatedly by social media ads from this company and finally my addiction took over and signed up. In less than one day I lost all the had for food, bills, etc. the only reason I was able to stop is that I had no money left. I told my partner and they helped me contact the casino to ask for permanent ban (I was already banned at other online and land based casinos) and a refund for the gold coins I did not use. I didn’t use any of the gold coins only the free coins.

I was shocked to receive an email about how seriously they take gambling addiction and in the same email a very cold and non compassionate response “On the other hand, as per our Terms of Use:
All Gold Coin purchases are final and cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged.”

So they take gambling addiction seriously but will gladly profit off people that have no control, after they targeted them in ads, and steal their money that was not made of sound mind? I have emailed them and begged them and they don’t even reply after that. Not a caring company and let me tell you folks a company that preys on problem gamblers without conscience is a company that is also capable of more- maybe manipulation of games. You see with these unlicensed and unregulated sweepstake casino that’s avoid regulations, bans, and licensing they are free to do whatever they want. Most are not even located in the United States. So please be warned! I recommend playing at licensed and regulated casinos if you can play responsibly and view it as entertainment.

I am going to be contacting my state and national attorney general as well as attorney to try to stop places like this from averting the law and the regulations to better protect others like me.

Review of Americas Cardroom

This is a crooked and rigged casino

This is a crooked and rigged casino. I have a severe gambling addiction and it is reported and I am blacklisted. I signed up for their site and tried to use credit card but because I requested blacklisted due to addiction it denied me. That killed the urge until this unscrupulous company contacted me and encouraged me to get bitcoin account and deposit. Of course my disease won and i proceeded to deposit all the money i had in one night, even win I won i would keep playing. I wrote to them when the wake up of not being able to spend anymore money hit me and they were basically like tough. They prey on problem gamblers. They purposely baited me in knowing i asked to be blacklisted because I have a severe disease.
