Taken money, no goods

Order placed, nothing received. Email received saying no stock and have no idea when there will be any. No option to cancel and get refund mentioned (surprise, surprise) so they have kept the money. I have sent NUMEROUS emails but not received a reply. Reported to PayPal to recover money.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Do not use this company under any circumstances. Extensive damage and Anyvan very quick to pass buck to driver and distance themselves completely. Pursued through Courts, but you can only get reimbursed if the driver is able to pay. Anyvan accept no responsibility for employing these people with zero scruples or morals - they just want to grab your money and you are stuck afterwards. BE WARNED

We are ever so sorry to hear that damage has occurred to some of your items. Anyvan and our partnered transport providers do endeavor to ensure that every bit of care is taken throughout the move, so no damage does occur. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the moving industry, there are factors outside of our control where damage may occur.

Upon further investigation into your booking, we can see that you did opt to take out insurance with our 3rd party provider Zurich insurance to cover in the unfortunate events regarding damage. We can see that you did get in contact with a member of our customer service team which did direct you to the insurance provider to make a claim.

We can only apologise that the about come received regarding the claim did not meet you're expected outcome.
