They are useless as a delivery company! My delivery is shown as standing out for delivery a week. When I telephone the service desk they pass you from one number to another saying it is someone else's problem. I was given telephone contacts that say "Your call is valuable to us" and then hang up!

This courier is a JOKE, incompetent, arrogant and insulting!

The worst is that I did not contract them, Starlink did and now Starlink say it is MY problem that DHL are incompetent!!

This is a scam: they say you get a test search for €0,60, then you hear nothing more until a Premium account for €49.90/month is billed to your card!

Their search is also just LinkedIn and Facebook search.

Prompt replies and kept me informed all along the way. Don't be put off they ask you to try getting a refund through your credit card first, it is just part of the process.

Another "damage claim" masquerading as a car hire company. In Bucharest on renting they made a whole show of noting carefully all the damage, "Look sir, there is a scratch here, I note it for you!". On return without even glancing at the check-out form the agent went straight to the windscreen and found UNDER some mud a tiny hole. They then charge €200 + €100 "admin". They also give you a car with partial fuel, no compensation if you bring it back with more but BIG charges if you bring it back with less. AVOID THEM!!!!

Be careful: their website says "Easy 30 day Returns & Refunds" and "100% money back guarantee".

I cancelled after 1 day and they charged FULL SHIPPING costs and 15% admin fees, referring me to small print on the website.

Quick, easy and transparent. Only complaint is car was not full on pick-up.

At delivery staff member went out of his way to ensure all scratches and dents were noted clearly.

On 15 October 2020 I purchased and paid for a refrigerator from them. Delivery was agreed as 3-4 weeks. Since then I have written many times, and each time they simply reply "We are checking with the supplier" and never gave a delivery date. Finally on 3 December I contacted them to CANCEL the order and request a refund. This they acknowledged but since then NO REFUND and only auto-replies "We are very busy...", in spite of SEVERAL requests for the refund.

Very straightforward and honest, even suggested a different, cheaper watch would better suit me.

It would be useful to give a copy of special offer terms applicable with the receipt. At pick-up the (helpful) assistant could not provide them.
