I won in my free spins then page lost connections, it cleared said u won and the $ was counting up then bam lost connection, refresh the page it shows that I won , but no money was added to my account and help chat said the can't find any history of my free spins lol 10 free spins and no history on there end

Your claim is completely false. The screenshot you provided shows the spin still in progress — the side reels were still spinning while the middle displayed what you could have won IF the first column and last column had been in your favor. Your screenshot shows that very clearly. The game operated exactly as intended.
