I would like to request a refund for my Fluently Premium (Annual) subscription. The application constantly freezes and becomes unresponsive, even though I have a very stable and high-quality internet connection. I have tried restarting my device, but the problem persists.
The app cannot be used properly in its current state, so I kindly ask for a refund for this purchase.
