Terrible service! Chased the order repeatedly with no reply to emails / contact through Facebook and Instagram - they’re also deleting comments complaining about missing orders. Order was so delayed it couldn’t be given as a Christmas present (it was ordered beginning of December and they said it would be delivered within 48 hours) then chased for a refund as had to buy a last minute pressie elsewhere but no response. To add to all that I’ve now seen the exact same Necklaces for sale on aliexpress for £5 (I paid £32!) Utter con.
