Horrendous customer service Do not buy furniture from this company if you need it by a certain date, you cannot be sure that this will be fulfilled. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Received a bed with a missing part. No one replied to emails, finally got through on phone to be told the part would be sent out but took over two weeks to book in. Phoned again the next day and was told they’d send the part via Evri next day to make it quicker, this never happened. Really friendly customer service staff on the phone however they have no power or say in anything and keep referring to “the process”. On a human level I went through a traumatic premature birth and then had no bed to sleep on when I’d come out of hospital - the company did nothing to try and expedite the tiny part that we needed sent to complete building the bed. The delivery of the replacement part finally happened weeks later and the delivery driver even said that he spends all day delivery parts that have been missing from DUSK orders. They do not offer any monetary compensation, only a voucher, which I would not want to use for this company given how awful their customer care was. They don’t get back to you as they promise they will. Wish I’d read reviews before ordering.
