The day my account was closing I was in credit of £300 on the 5th/02/19, my bill from the last month was £15.44 and my last bill shows a refund of £134: ???
I might not be a genius in Math but how come the same day I am charged 2 more times £21.22 & £138.86 when my last bill energy wise is £15.44....I did hardly use the heating and was confirmed the £309 credit over the phone.... There must have been a energy increase that day! Never coming back with them.for sure! And I am so calling tomorrow :(

I have just called uSwitch today to get a new energy supplier better deal as I was made aware by my actual supplier that my deal is coming to an end in a month: the person who did my switch was Mark Moore. The support given was outstanding: he was patient and answered all my questions, took all what was for me "mandatory requirements" [3] into account and came up with the best plan of action. I have been using uSwitch for a few years now as the price of energy fluctuate quite a bit and it's always better to have a professional advise on the matter with the right insight. I have also set up a account with them to be made aware of the best opportunity for me at any given time which is reassuring as one knows one won't miss a deal as it's taken care of.

Online registrarion systematically fails whether on phone or computer: no difference! The app does not work either! At least, when you have a registration system online make sure there's no glitches...real bad and frustrating!!!
