Please do read labels...

good product, despite the bulking agent when which could be avoided for a friendlier one for the body. So when you talk content, that's what I think. However, my bigger concern is the capsule themselves: made of HPMC labelled "vegan/vegetarian friendly" to make people feel secure: not that fast! the only issue it is not assimilated by the body, studies show it is later identified as "plastic' and the worse side effects it gives you diabetes 2! I got a blood test results and was told I was prediabetic: I called to tell it must be a mistake (no gluten, no sugar diet) but it was confirmed and I was told I would have to have regular blood test, thinking meds eventually. I read later about the HudrixyPropyMethylCellulose side effect being diabetes 2 so I did my own experiment & started swapping capsules for natural ones (a pain but worth trying). I wanted to give myself 3 months, but unbeknown to me the nurse checked for it only 1.5 month later as she did a test for something else: my result came back clear. I have not look back ever since. Being auxiliary nurse, I am used to read labels: my advice do the same and if you don't recognise a component, research it. If the product is good, the content should be easy to read & all unfamiliar words researched. Note that HPMC is used in all products nowadays. Be mindful, sometimes it is even incorporated in tablets! In which case I would not go anything near that stuff. To your health!

A MUST READ: How to ensnare people- UPDATE

at the moment of my order, I was suffering from Heavy metal poisoning giving me extreme sensitivity to EMF and WIFI. For someone who, supposedly is a specialist in EMF and their side effects on the human body, I am surprised by your ignorance in regards to heavy metals interaction with the EMF/WIFI and their effects on the body electromagnetic field. I Totally agree with your statement “I should have recognised I was in a situation I was not qualified” you pretend to be specialist in EMF but you know so little, if anything at all. I surely do, since I have interacted with real specialist doctors in the field as a patient unfortunately – I talk evidence, unlike you who attack wickedly and cowardly my health at the time to get your reputation back on its feet when it has nothing to rest on: is that what you think of people buying from you? You went ahead with the sale for £1200!.& you dare state “it was massively discounted”. This is a lucrative business. Now about your comment, I quote “All who read your review and weigh it against the vast majority who can't speak highly enough about us, our products and services”: If you were so self-assured, why take the time to come back at me? After all it’s just 1 review out of a small group of people daring to mention what their true experience was. However, I cannot deny I was baffled at such % of good reviews, so I took the time to look into it to realised that for most part of what I read, which was quite a few, were not about their item but on the delivery, which is why I speak of placebo effect in my first review. Truly, how come someone assume their product will work as intended before they even try it, without the least evidence prior to it?. Also, some people, despite having an item which did not work as intended but found an alternative use of it, not to have to deal with a return, for several case, made a 4 stars review: why would someone give 4 stars to something that did not work as intended and finally try to make do by finding an alternative usage? Not good enough and prejudice to other buyers! If the products you sent me were so good, why take the time to retrieve from its sealed envelope, of one my parcel I sent at the right address and send me back its content? However, I have the royal mail receipt for a second class, signed for and tracked proving it was sent in another envelope at the right address. You had not intention on refunding me in the first place, which is why you refused my parcels. Furthermore, I when I filed my complaint with royal mail, I enquired about your EMF Protection Ltd & Cellphone Radiation Ltd, Royal mail confirmed having no record of EMF protection Ltd or Cellphone Radiation Ltd registered at the address you provide on your EMF site. as “Headquaters”. It looks to me that the Tuntstall Ing, is being used as cover for the 2 other businesses. Usually business owners are proud of their label they show off and make sure it get noticed….But not you? How come? I leave it for readers to draw their own conclusions. Also it made me raise question your rushed move from Burnley to Clitheroe, reason for the cancellation for my next day delivery never compensated. I did keep some product samples as evidence because I requested the support of Trading standards as I would be more than happy to provide them with samples for independent testing when they come back to me. Why would I do that if it was to get your product for free as you are suggesting? Even you, turned them down when sent back to you, it speaks volume, does it not? You were not expecting anyone to fight back because, let’s face it, filing for refund with one’s bank is no child play: it’s time consuming, it’s painstaking. You dared sending me a request for payment once the money was withdrawn from your account: the refund is being reinvested straight away Truth is I did sacrifice my floor to no avail: FOC, I don’ think so! The floor alone come with a quote of £886! And you dare mention “I hope you find some help and relief with your FOC items? : This is proper sick! You are so arrogant, you think you are clever and you can belittle anyone who does not go along with your story telling- Esther is the legal manager of your business so it would be difficult not to raise the issue without referring to her and her outrageous behaviour as a seller. It seems to me you are the ones struggling with reality, not me! Stop pretending you are honest people, twisting the knife in my wound pretending you care when you do not give the slightest damn! I just wish you never cross my way! And that I never had anything to do with any of you…I am genuinely trying to protect people from your business and I hope by now everyone will see for themselves what kind of seller you are: in the end, you are shooting yourself in the foot once more! What goes around, comes around…you will be no exception!

A MUST READ: How to ensnare people...

WARNING : one cannot give a good review for items experienced with PLACEBO EFFECT. Your products need testing and if the result is not was expected, the person should at no time write a positive review: the kindness of con artists does not make a product reliable! Think about other honest people who will follow in your footstep and for their sake, write about your TESTED products and stop lying to yourself because being scammed is painful and you feel ashamed of yourself: the seller is the guilty one. I seriously insist on the fact that, no matter the comments the sellers will make on my review, if they dare, my experience is a real one! So when it comes down to my review of ALL products I bought: the BlocCopper™ EMF Shielding Fabric, the BlocPaint™disclaimer as follow - EMF/WiFi/RF Blocking Paint , the Yshield complete EMF grounding kit, the Yshield primer, the YSHIELD® Grounding Tape GSX10, the stainless steel tape, BlocWiFi™ EMF Protection Fabrics, Swiss Shield Naturell EMF Fabric, all of which was supposed to help turn my bedroom into a faraday cage [a WIFI dead zone]: ALL, I mean ALL products were tested and appears to stop absolutely NOTHING. Furthermore, iBrain airtube headset was a joke and kept falling from my ears, the Large Faux Leather BlocSock 16cm x 8cm was not as described so much so my mobile could not fit. But it does not stop there, they used what, I was told, is a con artist technic: they ask me to buy a “Complete Canopy Grounding Kit UK Plug - Canopy Kit With BlocEarth” and promise to send me a free canopy because they supposedly felt for my situation or so Glynn stated -cost £105.91- and of course, they never send it. In the lapse of time between the purchase and the job done on my bedroom and the realisation I have wasted my money and had been conned, I received a whooping 15 requests for reviews, none of which I answered since I wanted to test the product before writing my review, make sense, right? –I write to Esther Hughes being matter of fact and honest and here is an extract of her answer I quote,“I am sorry your daughter thinks we're con artists [her own wording, interesting!]-...you even have felt able to use the word 'hoax' regarding our service, I guess you are referring to trust pilot [No Esther, I am referring your sale!] …feels like some kind of black mail and this is very disappointing. You must of course never lie or fake anything – [this is rich coming from you!] and if you feel let down by us, you must say so [I totally agree! Which is why I am writing this review] …ask the Lord as we will to remove any narcissism which seems to be rampant in your email [It seems you are allergic to the truth and do here a personality transfer on the customer, typical of real narcissists who always blame others for their behaviour]. We cannot offer you any further service or products. Kindest regards”-end quote- the last words are an oxymoron, how can you use such terms in such context?
I used this extract of Esher Hughes’s answer to show if they had been honest, they would never had withdraw their customer service or their sale or refuse reception of their own products at the address on their very site and have the audacity to refuse them and send them back to me! Think people! At least, let my terrible experience be a warning, a deterrent for any future buyer! Do yourself a favour and stay away from these self- declared con artists! She dared used my disability as a mean to cover up the scam this shows your wickedness Esther Hughes. I leave it for everyone to judge for themselves and used their common sense and draw their own conclusions.
One thing for sure, one can fake a video, photoshop it, edit it and throw it out there to ensnare as many as possible
Stop thinking you have been hoaxed, so there is nothing you can do! Keep your evidence of purchase [screenshots of bank statements, testimonies -yours and the one of professional who helped you, if any- other reviews on Trustpilot of people who have been through the same B*S* and there are a few! And file with your bank & Paypal for “items not as described”- I am a living example, you will get your money back like I did! [£1244.59] The only thing you won’t be covered for, is the damaged the paint would have done on your room and the painstaking work of covering it all with a good quality paint, because this S*** is hard to cover and your home insurance is unlikely to cover the cost of the damage done to your flooring if, like me, you had a perfectly new and superb flooring I was ready to sacrifice, had the process worked, to find relief. Finally, If you are, like me, sensitive to WIFI, the solution is in you!: detoxify your body from heavy metals and you will find a genuine relief -oradix.com-

Isabelle, both esther & I tried our best to serve you. We felt sorry for you, massively discounted to help the dreadful scenario you described, spent hours on the phone and email with you waiting for you to pause for breath so that we could try to guide you.

I realised early on that you were struggling emotionally and mentally and should have recognised I was in a situation I was not qualified for and closed the case at that point. So sorry for that.

All who read your review (especially where you refer to Esther) and weigh it against the vast majority who can't speak highly enough about us, our products and services and especially Esther will I know realise you are struggling mentally.

From negligence to theft!

My daughter and I live in different part of Brighton: I live in BN2 0YT and she lived in BN1 3AB flat 4.
This review is about her latter experience she shared with me which causes me to write this second review in HERMES UK (myHermes to be precise)
So she passed an order with Fabletics, I was complimenting her on her outfit: a set of bra & Joggers. The shop uses Hermes unfortunately! My daughter works from home and accused reception of her parcel herself: her parcel was tampered with and somehow resealed & upon opening she found the joggers were missing!
The shop sent another set. Whether it was another driver or she thought she had enough with stealing one pair of joggers, God knows but the second times my daughter received her parcel unopened. Now I leave people to make their own opinion but sellers, for God sake, aren't you tired of having bad feedbacks from your customers which my affect your rating? Even Royal mail is safer....please, do reconsider for your buyers' sake.
For me, I still got my parcel even if it was not put in a safe place and caused me, upon reception of their email a shock since it was left for anyone to help themselves with despite the fact that I had left an alternative neighbour: I still hope, if there is a next time, that my alternative will be used to avoid the stress they put me through when it was easily avoidable since the drivers are provided with client's mobile numbers, I know from former experience. I will never use Hermes for myself that's a promise!

Make a wish! : All but Hermes!

When I was in Hove, Hermes delivery was awesome: friendly, efficient and helpful with an amazing customer care (linton road area to be precise!)
I moved in BN2 0YT and now Hermes is a nightmare to say the least! Delivery left at the porch, the driver did not even try to leave a note prior, the first time he tried, not the shadow of a text! I left a note in my contact for delivery but why bother reading it just in case it might help!
Their customer service is an AI which repeats "I did not quite get that, repeat please!" like an old scratch vinyl. And the cherry on the cake: their emails are systematically "donotreply" format. Why be in a business you hate so much you can't be bothered having a decent customer care service. This is like a ghost business with no one behind it.
Ever thought of converting to anything customer unrelated? Simply unbelievable and their app does not work properly on the top of that....give me any courrier BUT!

Sieve and you might find!

I thought I finally found it to realise answering one of their ad today, that it is not actually true for all their products. I explain: I thought this was what I have been looking for: a product which is supposed to be just that!:Vitamines with non toxic components.
Up to now, labels such as "pure", "natural" or even "100% clean" made no sense to me since the opposite was on the labels: I name Magnesium Stearate and silicon Dioxide found systematically in most products sold in the UK. But it seems I got lucky with 2 products I bought....Work is still to be done here unfortunately. I guess I will still have to order abroad for the products which are not available to the standards one should expect unfortunately.

Comfort sleep!

I received my pillow quite fast & throw my cheap one straight away: I knew what I was getting as I tried it at my daughter's.
Eve pillow offers better comfort as it is softer than my old one and adapt to your morphology nicely since its memory foam is better quality.
My sleeping pattern is much improved.

Irresponsible

I did a purchase and the site transferred on the paypal account on which my credit card was selected but the payment got done on my visa card. I thought maybe I had been distracted even though I was pretty sure the credit card was the right selection. I managed to cancel the payment but then the second time the same thing happened despite clicking the credit card option and despite my credit card being selected as preferred mode of payment. Paypal put the blame on my bank who was adamant if they had turned down the payment they would not have suggested another card, besides I was far from having reached my overdraft. The site I purchase from accept credit card payment so beside Paypal there is no logic explanation. I want to file a formal complaint but after writing the object of my complaint I click on enter to see a screen telling me It was not working! I wasted my morning talking to people unable to provide me with a satisfactory explanation or able to offer a satisfactory solution. This was a pure waste of time. I am seriously considering closing my account since I cannot afford to have bank charges for their own mistake and absence of competence.

I love this company

I love this company, they sell quality furniture. They also have a good customer service. This order is my last as they covered all my needs but I would recommend them anytime to anyone as every order is peace of mind guaranteed the deliveries are smooth which is much appreciated. Now my flat looks like me: it took me years to find a great place where I could settle and have the opportunity to make it my own "Home Sweet Home" and OakfurnitureLand helped me realise my dream.

HEALTH & SAFETY Standards: Below zero!!!!

HERE WE GO AGAIN!! It must have happened last Friday 19/03/21 but unlike the first time when the contractor came to clear the gutters, no one warned any tenants of the building! Appalling! I need to mention as well my next door neighbour and myself have serious breathing conditions. Later that day I left my flat and thought the issue was indoors so my reflex was to open the window, little did I know I was making matter worse for my own health and my neighbours’. The next day I was looking around for the source of such strong smell and was considering closing the window as I felt it did not help: that’s when I saw it:The new contractor or possibly Sanctuary Housing own staff had come to spray the tile with a solvent and as I left the building this day in the morning, it was all over the ground over a large area in front of the entrance, the overflow of toxic product had been poured on the ground in front of our very entrance and whoever did this did not seem appropriate to clear the dangerous spillage that it is I truly:
"BENZALKONIUM CHLORIDE (BAK), otherwise known as alkyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride, is a toxic chemical has repeatedly demonstrated its toxic characteristics in laboratory, experimental, and clinical studies. It is highly corrosive to the skin, eyes, and respiratory tract. his compound is known to cause extensive damage to the eyes, such as tear film instability, loss of goblet cells, conjunctival squamous metaplasia, apoptosis, damage to deeper ocular tissues, and disruption of the of the corneal epithelium barrier"
They went for the chemical version of moss remover not the non toxic one. This could be sorted with a carpet cleaner type of machine which releases but also can extract the toxic water which has been released and be put in a specific container to avoid contaminating the water system. When one uses a toxic product, one should make sure one is trained and knows what what one is doing.

On Sunday 21/03/21, since it was not to be sorted unless I raised the issue, I texted and morning & I emailed the picture of the spillage to Sanctuary emergency repairs as this is was linked to a maintenance issue I had reported which had been unattended for more than 6 months –the clearing of the gutter which were more than obstructed- Now this was definitively an emergency as this product releases ongoing toxic fumes so on Monday I texted the warden since she cannot be contacted in case of emergency to remind Sanctuary of the situation and their duty of care and responsabilities towards their tenants but not one soul moved!...we are still being intoxicated as the spillage is not sorted...
I was quick to remove my previous review as I wanted to give Sanctuary the benefit of the doubt and now we are back to ground zero and below. FUMES cannot always been seen and like radioactivity they do their toxic job until addressed professionally in the proper manner: I keep waiting and watching the appalling situation for which they are accountable. I had a blooming headache for 4 days induced by the fumes:thank you Sanctuary for having such a little sense of duty!. Nothing to be proud of!
It had to be reported! For my first review you answered I had bad experience: You cannot label bad luck what, I noticed and so older tenants are saying and complaining, is Sanctuary’ motus operandi for my area at least in BN2.
Since there is no name and phone number behind the answerer of these reviews I thought about putting it all there so you know as I don't expect a call but I really hope you still are keen on supporting your tenants and hopefully right this wrong.
One last note: we are still waiting for the intercom to be fixed.
UPDATE: The employees came yesterday 25/03 and that was supposed to reassure me "we are trained" but when I asked if they were sometimes reading the labels, I found out when one is trained one become so good one does not need to do what any conscientious person would do check any labels for toxicity and usage. When I asked the colour of the product used: like impure Benzalkonium Chloride is share the same colour, yellow, it also need diluting and since they don't bother reading labels of chemicals they must have to improvise the percentage of dilution as, let me guess, they do not have the Safety Data sheets on site in a folder either as required by law and if they happen to have them, it must be for show as I believe, Like the labels, they do not consult them: WELL DONE! That's competence for you!

So amazing!

I moved in a new flat 4 months ago and I had no curtain or blind anywhere.
My daughter did some research and found out about Blinds2go and recommended them to me after checking some reviews.
I took the measurements but had to ask the support of someone to make sure my measures were alright as that is the scary bit, you cannot mess up. After checking something like 10 times my measures I gathered the courage to order and I received my first roman blinds very quickly...it was a perfect fit and my biggest regret was not to have ordered them all at the same time. I had my bedroom sorted first with the blackout lining offered for free. Then I did my lounge [2] and was reassured if the thermal lining could not be applied, the blackout had some thermal properties too: I can confirm today that it makes a huge difference and prevent heat loss which is always appreciated with such cold weather condition we've being having lately. I realized I was so lucky to get them fitted in time right before the cold.
Lately I finish with my kitchen: this one is my favorite Fairhaven Carnival Roman Blind [as I had to have the other ones plain because of the projection of decoration on the walls] I love this pattern and it boost my mood every morning as this is the first thing I see.
Also, last but not least, they have an excellent customer service: one of the handle broke very shortly after the fitter set them and they graciously sent me another one for free and also another spare clip as the fitter accidentally took it as he cleared the place before leaving.
I am over the moon with all of them and I have to say it brings such a lovely touch to my flat.
Their price is gentle too which is was the other cherry on my cake.
Really, I would recommend them to anyone anytime: as far as I am concerned they are the best quality/price on the market and the finish is spot on. So again, a big THANK YOU! to you for helping me turn my flat in a "Home, Sweet Home"

An awesome driver!

My address was prematurely changed on Ebay and one of my orders was meant to be reprocessed for delivery at my new address. The driver had the 2 parcels in his care but his "recording/tacking" device would not let him deliver my parcel at my old address: he went out of his way to make sure I had both delivered at the same address the same day. He kept me posted by texts and was so supportive when the electronic customer service let me down literally as the call was ended automatically: sorry but this does not cover all the option and was truly useless while the driver was simply kind, thoughtful, pro active with common sense and make sure my orders were delivered to me before 3 pm today.
So thank you mister driver for being so efficient in preventing an unnecessary hassle, I wish you all the best! Thanks again

Coronovirus and the Gym Group policy with Direct Debit: BEWARE!!!!

With the Coronovirus and my severe asthma I chose to cancel my subscription as the Gym as unlike the Odeon, the Gym Group does not offer the alternative of putting on hold your direct debit if you do not attend because you want to follow the Government guidelines gor your life's sake, which are common sense, so I did not have much choice. It seems the Gym group put their interests first by refusing to close down, their choice, BUT reserve themselves the right to withhold your payment if you put yourself first (in my case direct debit taken the following day of the government announcement: my cancellaton was the next day). My asthma certificate I offered to hand over, does not make any difference: I won't get my refund! So I won't ever re-register with them ever again! So much for "no contract policy" this is the worst gym policy I experienced locally: at least Fitness First in Brighton is more honest when it comes down to health issues, so when the alert is over I would rather go back there!

Royal Mail delivery by drivers in hove: a "I have something for you" card through the letter box....why bother ringing when the client is indoors?

I live in Hove, East Sussex, and when it comes to deliveries by drivers, ROYAL Mail is a big fail! Worst, you try to raise the issue to the appropriate department: nothing, so you go online to address it to the customer service: Nothing!
You think the last choice will make a difference, the panel, to hear you say 1 year of patience is not enough! Nothing get done because the management keeps everything hush hush, brushing under the carpet ongoing issues is their way of dealing with any concerns: appalling. I was told to go back to square 1! I have address the issue to the seller, hoping he could use another delivery options. That's how reliable Royal Mail is in my area, they wash their hand of any and everything! I find rhe good reviews dodgy, too good to be true!
