Absolutely awful Wickes kitchen. Burton on Trent
Absolutely awful. Burton on Trent store. Shockingly poor customer service. Manager Gary is absolutely clueless and fails to follow anything up. I ordered a kitchen which was faulty in less than 2 years. Rather than report to the initial Sales team, I was directed to the Store Manager and his assistant! I sent photos of the faults in February and am still waiting in August for replacement doors. They have failed miserably. No contact, follow up or proactive customer service. I paid over £13k for the kitchen so why would they bother? It’s not like I’m going to have to use them again. Do not buy a Wickes kitchen as the sales patter is good, but complaints are just ignored or blamed on the customer. Also, who do they think is going to refit all the faulty doors and trims? All at my cost! Absolutely disgraceful.
Do not use..other companies are far more customer focused.
