Non existent customer service

Have spent over a week trying to speak to someone to find the order number to return a item. No contact phone number and a ridiculous web chat that can't answer a simple question. Will never use again

I put my car up for sale with carwow…

I put my car up for sale with carwow the Sunday before last. Within 24 hours I was informed that a dealer had won with the reserve price. The dealer contacted me 36 hours later and was agreed to view yesterday. I took a day's unpaid leave waiting for the dealer. They never showed up and did not contact me to give a reason for not attending. This is not carwows fault but very disappointed with the dealer that is one of there preferred dealers

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! If you need any evidence watch BBC programme One Show Wednesday 17/3/2021. I ordered a bouquet on Wednesday 10/3/21 to be delivered on Saturday 13/3/21 for mother's day. Didn't arrive, not Sunday, not Monday. Spent all day phoning Lovely Flora and emailing them. Received email saying due to coronavirus delivery could be 1 to 2 days late. Tuesday still no flowers. Wednesday received email from Royal Mail that bouquet will be delivered to my mother before 14.30. My mother sent me a picture at 16.15 saying just been delivered. Looked at picture to see what could be described as what Lidl's throw away when closing!! Never again

Made promises they didn't keep

Made promises they didn't keep. Didn't keep the appointment time. Couldn't offer repairs. Never returned calls. I have had problems with the repair centre before but I gave the benefit of the doubt. Never ever again
