Prepaid plan does not activate
I purchased an eSIM with a prepaid package. The eSIM works fine, but the prepaid plan did not automatically activate.
I've been trying to reach them multiple times over the phone, chat or email with no success for more than a week. I have never experienced such a bad customer service, it basically doesn't exist.
I'm sure this is just an error as they are a reputed company, but I will end up reporting them if I don't get an answer. Basically they sold me a product that I cannot use.
LE: Still no answer 7 days after I provided the additional information they requested. Avoid them at all cost.
