It is ok until there is not a problem. Then, Booking refuses to take any responsability, not to mention any action. You may go back and forward with new customer service requests that are eventually left unanswered. It happened twice to me. Once, I booked a flight, paid it,but never received the confirmation email with the details. Once, i tried to book an hotel, was asked by booking to wait, called the hotel, the hotel said it was full, i booked elsewhere, i eventually was charged for both. There are alternatives smaller in size that do not scam customers. better try them

I purchased an online label, selecting the pickup point from their list. After 1 day, I called them cause the package was not sent. They said not to worry. I went to the shop myself: it ended up the package was not sent because the shop did not use UPS.

It is very helpful in letting you aware of possible problems. Of course, it does not decide what to do with them for you!

The airport is OK, but the tsa officers (hopefully not all, but surely more than one or two) are surprisingly abusive and rude. If you can pick another airport, you ll avoid concluding your journey with an unpleasant experience.

I do like it, I have had no lost packages so far, there are many collection points and the staff is always friendly. Just, I have a strong impression that they regularly pretend they tried to deliver the Amazon packages, but nobody was at home, so to have 1 day more for the real delivery at the collection point

I am using the free plan, while I see many bad reviews for the charging of the paid application. Anyway, the free one is great for me. You set the equipment that you have, optionally the days and time that you want to exercise, your basic goals (for example loosing weight), and the muscles that you want to focus on. it provides the exercises accordingly. Unfortunately, you cannot associate time and muscles, for example, 70% this muscle and 20% this, and 10% this other one. the exercises are nice even if you have basically no equipment. the exercises get harder with time and, if you have skipped for days, the exercises get easier for a short time to adapt to you. I like it also because it is essential in its appearance: it has no voice; you can either just look at the whole workout of the day or slide each exercise or even each set one by one. Since I usually listen to the radio, I do not want annoying coaches :). If you do not know how to perform an exercise, you can swipe right and see a demonstration.

Kind and fast. I needed help with a private relocation. Nothing expensive and not too many items. They arrived on time, they have been very helpful and fast. Very happy with them.

Very good prices and professional customer care. However, I do not find their delivery fast at all! First time, it took 4-4 days to Aarhus. Second time, I am sure that I choose same-day delivery, but we are on day 2 and still the BurdDelivery did not get it

The jacket is very nice and useful. Unfortunately, the zip got broken in three months of not-daily usage. Sent to repair, more than 2 months passed and I am still waiting any news. / Update: the jacket eventually was repaired

A scam!!!!!! please avoid wasting your time and money. internet never worked, when conctacted, they kept telling me that they would let me know, but they never did it. At the end, after 1 hour trying to solve by phone, internet worked for exactly 60 seconds, just the time to close the conversation at the end of their phone service working hours.Then it stopped again. Wrote back to close it without any doutb, and they asked for 150 pounds penalty. stay away!!!!!!!
