I’ve ordered lenses for my glasses…

I’ve ordered lenses for my glasses three times. They have had a fast turnaround time. My glasses have been good. They have taken care of a couple of issues quickly and with a positive attitude. No complaints, only positive outcomes.

Don’t expect warranty coverage that…

Don’t expect warranty coverage that won’t cost you, or be worth the effort for the money spent on the motorcycle battery. You have to go to a testing shop and get a “print out” diagnoses of the battery. This will cost you something—in time or money—or keep looking until you find a place that’ll do it for free!? (That’s their recommendation, lol)

Chococloset is a YES

Should you order from this website that you’ve never hear of? YES! It went like this:
•ordered a Ryobi mitre saw
•received a tracking notice in about three days
•package delivered as indicated on tracking, in good condition
•the shipping label showed it was from Home Depot, which was curious, so I emailed them and asked about that. They said they shop multiple stores for the best price—this one came from Home Depot. This was fine with me because it saved me about $80 off the retail price
•after delivery, they emailed me saying it had been delivered, and to reply to let them know all was good in delivery land. I did reply and told them it was good
•mission accomplished through a good experience

It was a good experience

It was a good experience. Ordered on a Thursday, the tracking showed it would be delivered the following Wednesday, and they were delivered Tuesday, a day early. The package included an “easy return” form. To return them, the buyer must pay for return shipping, which seems fair to me—they cover the shipping to buyers when purchasing $49 or more. The Lowa hiking boots are amazingly well-fitting and comfortable. Phone customer service was friendly and helpful, as I called them before ordering to get an estimate for delivery time. They told me that the boots would go out the next day, or same day if ordered before 1:00pm Eastern Time.

I ordered a pair of mens eye frames

I ordered a pair of eye frames, but after week I called them to check on shipping. The gentleman, John, answered the phone and he explained to me that he was actually out of stock on the model I ordered. He had checked his suppliers and, since they are discontinued, they’re no longer available at all. He refunded my money right away. We all make mistakes and it’s especially easy, I’m sure, when listing and selling items online. Because he had bird-dogged a pair for me, couldn’t find any, explained it to me on the phone, and refunded me the $$, it was a good experience—as I mentioned, nobody is mistake-free, so when a business engages with the customer like this, they deserve a 5-star rating.

Regretful purchase from this company

Regretfully, I purchased two pairs of riding pants for my 96 pound, petite wife. She spent 30 minutes in them for a short ride with me on the back of my bike. The next time she put them on, the main waist snap completely came off of the pants. I called Leatherup, which turned into a two-week+ email exchange while they had pow-wows with their “concerned team.” First they told me it was past my 60-day warranty period so they could not do anything but send me a snap to be taken somewhere for installation. I pointed out that I was only 30-days into the warranty. They replied, again after conferring with the “concerned team,” telling me that it’s “basic wear and tear, and that’s not covered.” Hmm, that’s kinda convenient—a warranty with apparently changing conditions. I asked for a return label to send them back to be repaired or replaced. They said all they would do was send me a snap or refund ½ of the original cost (which amounted to $27.xx).

Review of Pro Bike Kit

Not in the US, import taxes apply, fyi.

Since I found no indication of the location of ProBikeKit, I made the wrong assumption that they are in the US. They aren’t. So, I wasn’t expecting the $37.xx of import tax.

Having emailed them twice to find out a couple of details about the Shamal wheels I ordered, their replies were vague and offered no added useful Information to answer my questions—I sent the same questions twice, and would seem they didn’t read them before sending “answers,” or simply don’t know much about what they sell. For these reasons, I added two stars. Nevertheless, I added another two stars because the box came as expected and the wheels were well-packed, in a most excellent wheel box, and shipping was quite timely. Well done on that! Therefore, I’m rating them at four stars out of five.

I am sorry to hear this, I can confirm we are a UK based company and it states this on site. Customs charges are to be paid by the customer as advised on the T&Cs.

Poor quality, returned, no refund after 2 months. :/

The quality is quite poor—at least the items that I bought from onlyyo.com. Different color, cheap fabric, poorly constructed. Returned items. After three weeks I contacted them and they said they “have not seen it.” Sent them verification of delivery from over a week before, and THEN they found it. I’ve contacted them multiple times, and still no refund at all after two months since they received the returns. They have really cool looking pictures and models. But the clothing is not like the pics.
