I ordered a pair of mens eye frames
I ordered a pair of eye frames, but after week I called them to check on shipping. The gentleman, John, answered the phone and he explained to me that he was actually out of stock on the model I ordered. He had checked his suppliers and, since they are discontinued, they’re no longer available at all. He refunded my money right away. We all make mistakes and it’s especially easy, I’m sure, when listing and selling items online. Because he had bird-dogged a pair for me, couldn’t find any, explained it to me on the phone, and refunded me the $$, it was a good experience—as I mentioned, nobody is mistake-free, so when a business engages with the customer like this, they deserve a 5-star rating.
