Avoid at all costs
I purchased a sofa from this company, and I initially raised a concern regarding a potential fault about a year in, but was dismissed. Now, 2.5 years later, the sofa is completely unusable. Their website claims they keep spare parts for repairs, yet after nearly a month of back and forth, they informed me they wouldn't sell me the part, despite it being in stock and the sofa still being actively sold.
The level of customer service has been incredibly disappointing: unhelpful, evasive, and dismissive throughout. It’s clear now why their products are priced so low: poor quality and virtually no aftercare. I would strongly advise others to steer clear of this company.
Edit: with regards to Daals response. You are correct. I thought it was a loose leg. But it wasn’t. Regarding spare parts, your website quite clearly states you can supply them for a reasonable cost. But you won’t. You really don’t give a hoot about customer service at all.
