I purchased a sofa from this company, and I initially raised a concern regarding a potential fault about a year in, but was dismissed. Now, 2.5 years later, the sofa is completely unusable. Their website claims they keep spare parts for repairs, yet after nearly a month of back and forth, they informed me they wouldn't sell me the part, despite it being in stock and the sofa still being actively sold.
The level of customer service has been incredibly disappointing: unhelpful, evasive, and dismissive throughout. It’s clear now why their products are priced so low: poor quality and virtually no aftercare. I would strongly advise others to steer clear of this company.

Edit: with regards to Daals response. You are correct. I thought it was a loose leg. But it wasn’t. Regarding spare parts, your website quite clearly states you can supply them for a reasonable cost. But you won’t. You really don’t give a hoot about customer service at all.

If I could give 6 stars I would! Ray has been such a pleasure to deal with over the past week trying to fix my very temperamental system (a new car play blox in an old Merc). He has the patience of a saint! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and VMS to anyone needing new multimedia equipment fitted. Thank you so much Ray!

I have recently bought my second dose of Mounjaro from Oushk. Great prices compared to some of the other sellers. You also get a nice little pack with information, a tape measure, extra needles etc with every order, so they definitely go beyond expectations when comparing to Asda.

Lame website that feels like it has been designed by a spotty Oxon MPhill lurking in his bedroom. Photos are grainy, navigating the site is frustrating, and the algorithm is so off the mark it’s laughable.

I came across the Aqua di Parma Zafferano scent whilst in the airport duty free but baulked at the price! I did a search online, and came across Perfume Click which until now, I never even knew this site existed, and gutted on how much money I could have saved in the past! I ordered a bottle on Saturday, and it arrived today. I even watched the YouTube video on how to spot fakes from real - and this is totally legit. Will deffo be buying more from them in future.

I chose a stunning mid-brown country French bed, and it’s absolutely gorgeous. While I could have opted for something more modern, I felt this style complemented my period property perfectly—and I was right.

The assembly process was quite straightforward; I managed it on my own, though I’d recommend having a second pair of hands for ease. Isobel was delightful throughout the process, and I hope the photos I sent her make it to her website. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

The regalia is some of the best I’ve ever seen - really top quality and competitively priced. I would thoroughly recommend Online Masonic Regalia for new kit.

I have a lamona integrated dishwasher, oven and hot plate, and under counter fridge freezers (all installed by the cost cutting developer). My biggest gripe is the dishwasher that just doesn’t clean properly - I’m constantly having to handwash bowls, glasses, and mugs. Very frustrating. I will be slowly replacing them all with Neff products in the not too distant future.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Many of the issues stated in other reviews are now the same I am experiencing!
Battery life - 1-2 weeks with all features turned off
Picture quality - terrible at night
Connectivity - so slow I’ve missed my deliveries by the time it “establishes a secure connection”
Customer service - slow to respond, avoids answering the issues etc. Their website states a 90 day return policy - they will not honour this, neither will they pay for returns, and cite custom charges etc. All of this is nonsense.

DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK!!!! 😔

I agree with many of the other reviewers that the chatbot is a complete waste of time, and the long winded telephone intro is quite irksome, but once I was through to a customer service rep, the call went very smoothly and I was done with my cancellation within a minute. So based on cost, lack of spam marketing emails, and the ease of cancelling via phone, I’ll give them 4/5. Thankfully I never had to make a claim so cannot rate them on this. I only decided to leave as my premium jumped from £126 to £250.

My initial experience of their products was a little lacking, but after being sent a couple of replacement bottles, I am a somewhat happy customer. For such expensive washing detergent you’d expect wonders - sadly the scent appears unstable beyond the cooler washing temps. However, I have received compliments on the scent (Aurora) so that is a good thing. Niamh is great at resolving issues, and I thank her for her help. Will I buy this product again? Maybe.

Package just left outside my front door on a busy street. Made no attempt to leave it with a neighbour. Luckily a neighbour saw it and held on to the package until I arrived home a few days later.

Needed their assistance like a hole in the head this morning when my steering lock module decided to inexplicably die on me. I called Car Keys Solutions having seen a video of theirs online (watched it together with the AA man 🤣), and they sent a charming chap (Sebastián) to help me on my way. Amazing service and would deffo recommend them.
