I purchased a pair of clogs .Waited ages- didn't know they ship from china. The quality is absolute rubbish not even worth £2 - unwearable they are so badly shaped and made of cheap plastic. I wanted to return them but they tried to offer a discount on their other items instead... more scam and finally say the alternative is I must pay return shipping to China.
Unbelievable they can trade like this. 1 star is too much

So I ordered some Galaxy buds on the 17th April . ..no correspondence from them thereafter until I wrote to them 10 days later . They (automated message) said the order would be sorted in the next few days . Well it wasn't so I wrote again on the 29th April , again automated message " your parcel has left the warehouse" . 3 days later I check with the courier (Yodel) and they tell me via chat that they have never recieved a parcel from Tobydeals , Tobydeals just raised a tracking number . 15 days after paying them I neither have the product or my money or any way of contacting them directly to find out what exactly is going on. This compnay also pretends to be a uk company by using a uk domain , it's only if you check further that it becomes apparent they are using this as a confidence trick. I would not recommend giving this company your money upfront. It's disgraceful that these types of companies are allowed to trade in this manner.

Yet again... Every time I see hermes as the delivery company I expect the worst and I get it. The tracking just doesn't work at all so there's no way of knowing if or when they will turn up , in the past they have told me that they tried to deliver and left, but they lied and didn't even leave a card . Then I've had parcels just totally lost. They say that you can phone them for details but this leads to someone advising to live chat or email.
