Not as seamless an experience as promised. Couldn't fault the installer Ryan, he was here promptly at 7.30am, the boiler was due to arrive between 7.30 and 9.30, Ryan did the prep work he could get on with and decommissioning our existing boiler, it was 10.45 before our boiler arrived, when it did arrive it had been sent without a filter. The installer then had to go to a plumbers merchant to collect a filter in order for the installation to carry on. Felt really sorry for him as all of it was out of his control and was stress he and us could do without. Boxt need to have a better system in place whereby the boiler is delivered in advance of the installation day to mitigate these issues
