READ THIS

Your opening hours have a 9am start. I phoned at 9am. I've checked the dispatch time and it was 7.20am That aside, your customer service assured me the changes would take place. I phoned again to confirm this and again was assured not to worry it will be taken care of. When I phoned at 9am on Monday it was to further confirm. Let me also add, royal mail didn't receive the package from you until 5 days later. You are lying when you said the item was processed. You could have helped but chose not to. You should be ashamed of your customer service. I tried to change my order. I used their helpline to do this. All confirmed, no problem. I never trust these things, so I contacted them the next day to confirm. Again, all changes will be done. They don't work weekends and the status of my order was "not processed " . I never trust this either so I phoned them 9am Monday morning only to be told they can't alter it and it's been processed. Rubbish company. They will be getting it back. UPDATE. The tracking they provide is a waste of time. They couldn't help me as the item had been posted. What they do is inform the delivery company that it's being dispatched, they can then mark it as "fulfilled"when in actual fact it's not even been posted. The item still hasn't arrived. By the close of business today I will be ordering from Amazon. Please take heed of this review.

Every time the goods are over the size…

Every time the goods are over the size of a shoe box, it gets returned to sender. Ordered 5 litres of oil, never received it. Rubbish.

Evri

Arnold Clarke are unbeatable for price and service, usually. BUT they must stop using Evri for delivery. Every time I try to order 5 litres of oil it gets returned. Then it's hassle chasing the part. You must rethink your courier. Won't be using you again. Too much trouble. THE ORDER NUMBER IS #108063

There's some terrible reviews on here. I've got to say Britannia rescue went above and beyond to get us home from France. There was a change over at a service station but apart from that we are really pleased with the service we received.

I won't be using them again

I won't be using them again. What's the point in ordering flowers for someone's birthday only for them to get them 2 days early. I sent them a email saying that and they basically said that they use royal mail and that's what happens. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. In fact a completely useless service.

As we use Royal Mail as our carrier for shipping, we are forced to dispatch and deliver some orders 1-2 working days earlier, this is done to avoid delays and be sure that the flowers will reach the recipient on time. Our intention was for the recipient to receive the flowers on time

I phoned this company this morning for…

I phoned this company this morning for a quote on a engine refurb. The guy said he would get a price and phone me back within the hour. 5 hours later nothing. I phoned them again and explained this. The joker on the other end asked me 5 times to repeat the reg number. He obviously wasn't listening. He got quite irate when I told him I had already done this 5 hours ago. He said "find somebody else to do it" and put the phone down on me. I can't comment on their quality of work, only their attitude which stinks.

Be very aware

Be very aware. These people don't know the meaning of the term "pay per view". If you do get caught up with their scam remember, it is the law that they abide with the 14 day cooling off period. Very poor behaviour. Scamming at its's worst. They should be ashamed of themselves. UPDATE. They have sorted the problem out and refunded monies taken.

My Hisense TV has just passed the 2…

My Hisense TV has just passed the 2 year warranty. It has broken down. I really expected it to last longer than 2 years. I phoned Hisense UK up today and got nowhere. They are not interested. Gave me a phone number that only deals in white goods and not TV's. Phoned them back and in so many words told me to find my own repairer as they don't want anything to do with a set that's out of warranty. I will never by this brand again. Customer support is abysmal. By the way try finding a TV repairer that will entertain a Hisense. Not where I live. Very disappointed.

Never received my goods

Never received my goods. Tried to go through the procedure on their site. Keeps saying error. Won't let you go any further. This is looking like a scam. Very disappointed. Do not use. UPDATE. I have informed my bank. Still no reply from Fruugo. Never ever again. LAST UPDATE . They have at last refunded my money. Only 3 stars as I still haven't got the goods I wanted and a load of messing about with messages, emails and letters from my bank.

Ordered over 3 weeks ago

Ordered over 3 weeks ago. Not received my goods. UPDATE. I have sent all the information required and have not received any reply. FURTHER UPDATE. I have tried to raise a non delivery on their site and all I get is "error occurred". This is beginning to look like a scam to me. I will have to inform my bank. I have had no update after supplying the information they asked for. I am extremely dissapointed as this weas supposd to be aChristmas present, ordered well in advance. Very poor. Also it may say Fruugo UK but there is nothing sent from the UK. MISLEADING.

Yet another fallen for this scam. The ssd is very very slow. Does not work as a back up. Files do not play. Just a piece of crap. By the way they are not answering my messages.

I have been asking for 2 years for…

I have been asking for 2 years for these people to sort out their app. Virtually impossible to use. There is still no link to Google. Their route planner can send you miles away from where you want. Searching is frustrating. Every time you want to return to your list you've filtered it takes you right back to the home page again. This, combined with the painfully slow response makes it impossible to use. The website is no better. This is exceptionally bad service for, what is supposed to be the UK's premier camping organisation.UPDATE. Thanks very much for the generic reply. Exactly the same as 2 years ago. In other words they will do nothing.
