Your opening hours have a 9am start. I phoned at 9am. I've checked the dispatch time and it was 7.20am That aside, your customer service assured me the changes would take place. I phoned again to confirm this and again was assured not to worry it will be taken care of. When I phoned at 9am on Monday it was to further confirm. Let me also add, royal mail didn't receive the package from you until 5 days later. You are lying when you said the item was processed. You could have helped but chose not to. You should be ashamed of your customer service. I tried to change my order. I used their helpline to do this. All confirmed, no problem. I never trust these things, so I contacted them the next day to confirm. Again, all changes will be done. They don't work weekends and the status of my order was "not processed " . I never trust this either so I phoned them 9am Monday morning only to be told they can't alter it and it's been processed. Rubbish company. They will be getting it back. UPDATE. The tracking they provide is a waste of time. They couldn't help me as the item had been posted. What they do is inform the delivery company that it's being dispatched, they can then mark it as "fulfilled"when in actual fact it's not even been posted. The item still hasn't arrived. By the close of business today I will be ordering from Amazon. Please take heed of this review.
