Easy to order on website but phoning customer service regarding dispatch and arrival was very disappointing and unhelpful as the person on the phone had little or no knowledge about my ordered item even though I provided order number and other details. Kept repeating himself instead of answering a simple question like when is delivery date as the item was insulin and I had to stay at home to receive it. Disappointed in their after purchase service.

I can see that you placed your order on 24th May, and we despatched this with DPD on 26th May, DPD were unable to deliver and left a calling card for you, they then returned your order to us. The order was then re despatched and delivered to you shortly after.
We work closely with DPD to ensure that customers receive their delivery as quickly as possible, it seems on this occasion that there has been a delay in you receiving your order, we are sorry for this delay and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
