Don’t buy anything from them. I bought the small apple carplay adapter and doesn’t even want to connect to the phone.

I bough a megatruck kid toy for my son about a month ago and I’ve never received it. I texted them 2 weeks after the buy and they reply saying that I’ll get information about delivery at any time. It’s been a month already. Very bad service and probably a scam company. I’d not recommend it to anyone! DONT BUT ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!! You will loose your money. 😡😡😡😡

Don't buy anything from them, it's a scam, I've odered a jacket and a few other items and after they withdraw the money from my account i could never hold on to them again. they don't answer messages, or mail or calls. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

One of the worst experiences I’ve had in my life in terms of costumer service. I’ve bought a mystic jacket and a few other small items from them about 3 weeks ago. After a day or 2 I received a message saying that the item was out of stock and they could offer me other jackets (something completely different of what I wanted) I answered back choosing another jacket, all of this in a lapse of a week and since then all has been 1 message from them every 5-7 days just saying they will get back to me soon, but not giving real delivery times or an option to get refunded. I’m still waiting for the jacket. Very bad costumer service.

I had a great experience with Airhelp, my flight was delayed for 5 hours in Amsterdam and when I tried to claim it through the airline they argued that was not a problem with them, that the problem was with the train connection although I had booked everything through them. That’s when I contact Airhelp and got my money back whithin 2 month. Very good service!
