We had a great villa in Crete with everything that we needed including our own pool which was great as we were there in a heatwave. We were in a quiet hillside village away from the main resorts but with a great view over the coast. It was cleaned and fresh sheets and towels provided twice during our two week stay.
John, our local rep, was great - he organised a fantastic day out for us on the southern coast with a boat ride round the coast, stopping off several times for snorkelling on the way and a fresh fish lunch at a beach front taverna. He gave us lots of help and advice on other activities that we were planning. Also, when the kettle packed up he arranged for a replacement to be with us by the next morning,
So we felt well looked after when we needed help but at the same time without any pressure to do anything other than what we wanted.
Would definitely do this again with Vintage.

Ordering couldn't have been easier - I was able to easily find the parts that I needed, they were delivered very rapidly and were easy to fit. My fridge is as good as new now!

Excellent service from start to finish. Completing the order and grant application were made very easy and straightforward. The installation process was prompt and efficient- the engineer arrived exactly on time and completed the job with a better route for wiring than I had identified.

This whole process couldn't have been easier. In the shop all of our questions were answered but we were also given space to browse and think about our choice. Once we had decided and we had accepted the quoted price then fitting was arranged straight away - and we didn't have to wait very long at all. The fitters arrived exactly at the time advised and had removed the old carpet and fitted the new all in about an hour. The new carpet looks brilliant and we liked the fact that they hoovered up after them and reused the existing gripper rods etc wherever possible.
We will definitely be coming back to Richard and CK Carpets in the future - we couldn't have had a better standard of service!

Switching as the policy seemed the best and best value for money which included my sons and daughter on the policy and gave a considerable saving over my previous insurer. Very easy to set up on line.
