I wanted hassle free booking with…

I wanted hassle free booking with enough Independence on holiday but the reassurance that we had support if we needed it, vintage travel gave us just that! Great prices, fabulous service. Tracey in Menorca was fantastic with such a knowledge of the area. Highly recommend!!!

Great experience

Great experience whilst booking our recent hen weekend with adventure connections.
I had no idea what to book or where to begin and AV made it super easy to find somewhere to host all 22 of us and suggest activities which just took such pressure off of us.

Highly recommend!

Some good advice

Now I agree not worth 1 star. I too had a horrific experience with these cowboys and would highly recommend to not use them.
If you decide not to keep your purchases (which is your right) and return your items this business will make it extremely difficult for you to obtain your refund.

I believe this is in the hope that you will become so frustrated that you give up. I also believe the photos they use on their website of a busy office environment is fake and this sweatshop is run by two people.

Customer service to rival a prison

Some advice which helped me

Don’t give up, blast their socials, inbox everyday. Their policy is refund within 28 days from receipt of parcel after that they are in breach of contract so contact your bank and raise a visa dispute and they will fight the battle on your behalf.

Don’t waste your energy calling as they will never answer (they have only two people on the phones)

Facebook and Instagram message is best

If you still don’t have your money write your complaint in a letter and post to them this is the first step in raising a complaint if you are getting nowhere online. If they don’t respond and they have missed their 28day window for refund then you can take legal action.

Finally if they claim they never received your parcel reach out to the courier yourself and ask for a POD from them. Then present to the company.

Good luck but I wouldn’t even press confirm and move along to ASOS

Sat for 2 hours on the phone to get…

Sat for 2 hours on the phone to get through to discuss a return which I have receipts to say I’ve sent back only to be cut off when I got to 1st in the queue.
Still waiting for a response from Chi Chi regarding my refund as they say they never received my parcel. 2 weeks since I posted and have receipts of postage.

Really bad experience with trying to get my money back which is a shame as everything else was smooth.

We recently spent time with Carol at the Orchard Grove site in Rumwell. She was fantastic and really accommodating as we turned up early and were there late.
She was a great help and i would highly recommend the team and the site!

Bow out with dignity!

Asked for a quote over the phone and was told someone needs to come to my house to quote, fine.
Was then called back and told due to personal reasons that person was given the day off, fine.
Quoted by a man named Mario over the phone, explained system and sent details. Found the prices far too high and moved on.

Didn’t appreciate my ‘follow up call’ from Mario today. Once told that I would not be moving forward with my quote Mario did not want to hear anything I had to say, talked over me throughout the conversation telling me how much of a bad decision I had made and implied that without Verisure I would definitely be robbed!

I do not have to explain my decisions to a sales team who quite frankly need to stop bullying their customers! I actually haven’t yet decided on a company to proceed with as stated but you are damn sure that after that call it will be anything but Verisure!

First Time Buyer

First Time Buyer
I have bought my first home with Persimmons in Stewarton, Scotland. As a first time buyer I was extremely nervous about the process as it was the biggest step I have ever made.
I do consider myself to be a slightly tricky customer, making sure that everything is just right for my first time move and am happy to say that the journey was excellent with the onsite team. My site manager Bobby couldn't do enough with nothing being too much trouble before and after my move. Any small snags needing sorted were done so in a timely manner with no hassle to myself.
Our onsite sales agent Fiona made sure I was happy with every solution and worked really well with Bobby to give me my first home!
I now have my own place and couldn't be happier.

I am absolutely appauled at the service…

I am absolutely appauled at the service (or lack there of) from British Gas so far. Raised a complaint which you would think would be managed but no I’ve had to consistently call them just to get my ‘case worker’ to call me back! Needless to say I still have not had that call they’ve been promising me for the past 8 weeks.
Im getting absolutely no where with them, have taken time out of work to follow up with them and now feel like I’m being held hostage!
I was under the impression that it is my right to switch energy suppliers however British Gas and their lack of communication and complete disregard towards me as their customer makes me think there’s fowl play at work????

Ordered a 3 seat sofa from Norrie at…

Ordered a 3 seat sofa from Norrie at Abbotsinch retail park, although the initial greeting when you come through the door is quite full on I can’t fault the teams enthusiasm and knowledge of product.
Timely and efficient with great range of products makes SCS stand above the rest.

Well done , looking forward to the finished product
