Please Avoid this company! Customer service is appalling and although the delivery of the water cooler was prompt after this everything was beyond awful!! Account never updated with correct pricing. Customer service ignoring calls and e-mails. Onboarding team just never onboarded our company!! From February to September 2024 I had nothing but a terrible service and it took over 2 months to get the cooler collected once I cancelled. This company need to sort out their account managers and customer service as its almost impossible to organize anything once the cooler delivered. So if you have any problems.. which you likely will! be prepared for no response or Culligan taking any responsibility.

I attended for an Echo and ECG package as I wanted to check how healthy my heart was. I'd had a few symptoms I wanted reassurance about. Claire was amazing! She gave me a really warm welcome and put me at ease immediately. She was thorough , professional and extremely knowledgeable. She has a really friendly manner and I would highly recommend!. I would not hesitate to book again for myself or my family. Heart health is so important and to have a quick , easy to book service is absolutely imperative when you're worried or just want to check heart health. Ordered TYR lifters and so happy with them. Needed advice re sizing and staff were prompt to reply and help me choose the right size. Quick delivery too. Would definitely recommend and I will be ordering from them again soon. Just great all round quality and service.

Purchased 2 skin bundles. One for my daughter aged 18 and friend who is 25. Both suffer with spots/ breakouts and have tried other skin regimes. Really had high hopes as the advertising is so good. However after spending over £200 ( deal for bundles) there was no difference in beakouts atall. If anything some areas were worse. Coincidence maybe, but certainly was no better than any cheaper shop bought brands out there. The money back guarantee is only on certain sizes I believe. Not worth the money for us. Perhaps genuinely others have better results. Unfortunately cant recommend.
