Renewing licence without 3rd party
We have used Eset for several years now, originally installed by our local IT support company, and renewed by them each year when I prompted them based on the Eset screen message.
However, we moved location 2 years ago and therefore wished to renew the subscription ourselves, this time and in future.
The Eset message provided the support number and relevant licence details.
I rang support who quickly understood our request and I received an email with the relevant link and a note of how to proceed.
Within a very short timescale I was able to renew our subscription and set it up for us to be the contact in future.
