Google and Fitbit

I’ve always had Fitbit watches never had a problem getting repairs or replacements until google took over. Fitbit watch no longer syncs with app. Impossible to find any way of organising a repair or replacement. For a tech company the website is impossible to navigate.

Awful shoes

Shouldn’t even give them a one unless I had to.

Not real skecher shoes absolutely no support for the feet. If you have foot problems don’t buy on line.

Make it so difficult to return so I gave up but they won’t get another penny out of me and I buy a lot of shoes.

Just been in to shop on bold st…

Just been in to shop on bold st Liverpool and was surprised to find no hand sanitisers to be found in shop , I find this very disappointing as a lot of the items in the shop are for multiple use and thus putting customers and staff in a very precarious and very unhygienic situation, I’m afraid TIL this is resolved I will not be calling in til rectified .gaham liverpool

courier is useless

Use of parcelforce as your courier is your your down fall. Been waiting over 2 weeks no communication from parcelforce (worth having) and no chairs. Gave up and asked for a refund.

My Furniture contacted me after this review and did their utmost to get me my chairs. Chairs arrived good quality and value for money.
