Absolutely appalling customer service - avoid!
I ordered a premium beauty product from Debenhams' website, and it arrived damaged. I immediately contacted their customer service with clear photos, and they acknowledged the issue, offering a refund or replacement. I requested a refund.
That was three weeks ago. Despite multiple follow-ups, including a final letter stating I would pursue the matter through Small Claims Court if unresolved, I have received no response and no refund.
This level of negligence and disregard for customers is unacceptable. Think twice before ordering from them.
