I went into Hays to see if I could get a last minute deal. I was treated very quickly by Emily who was very polite and pleasant. She was very knowledgeable and understood the type of holiday I wanted. We were all booked in about 30 mins. I felt listened to and supported as she organised everything so that the only thing I need to worry about is which sunglasses I’m taking. Super service, thank you Hays and Emily.

The website is easy to navigate and has great pictures and descriptions of products. There is a good selection of a bit unusual and quirky items to suit all different budgets. The delivery is speedy and the products are well packaged. Ideal for an unusual gift or a treat for yourself.

He was honest in his descriptions of places he had been and what to expect from different areas. All the staff are really friendly and helpful. We changed our minds quite a lot about our destination but once we were sure about our holiday it was a quick process to get booked and go through all of the relevant areas needed. We booked parking and insurance at the same time and it was so quick and easy.

We ordered the Aurora Rug in a large size to fit our living room. The rug came quickly, delivered by a chap who helped to bring it into the hallway. The packaging was clean and secure and I felt as if I had purchased a new item and not one that had been in storage for a long time.
The rug is really well made and feels like a soft silk. There are different lengths of material and this adds to the great design. The room it is in has a lot of metallic accessories and the rug brings them all together in the room. As the light changes the rug changes colours from brown and taupes to gold and greens with highlights of gold and silver. It’s a really lovely rug and I’ve had lots of compliments already. A really good purchase at a good price.
