Very pleased with my first order. Fast delivery by Royal Mail and superbly well packed.
I’d ordered several glass bottled sauces and worried they might get broken (as has happened with other companies I’ve used) but everything was carefully and individually wrapped and arrived safely.

This was the first time I’d ever left my 2 dogs and as one of them is a nervous boy, I was a bit concerned how he’d adapt. I needn’t have worried. They were settled in, loved and cared for impeccably by Nicola and Lee, who sent lots of photos and messages to let me know how they were. It was clearly a real home from home for both dogs.
The company itself is professional, friendly and well organised. The response to queries was very prompt.

I bought the coconut ice cream for the dogs last year and this year we tried the blueberry. They absolutely adore both flavours and it’s quite a fight to get them to take turns!
Just ordered 2 more so they can have their own and some can be frozen into their Kongs and licky mats too. Fabulous product, both of them give it 5 stars!

Like other people here I'm finding it hard to get a refund for an item not sent. It’s been 8 days now and only receiving automated replies saying they’re busy.
It’s a shame because it’s great when it works but this isn’t the first time I’ve had this problem so I probably won’t bother using the site again.

Completely useless company who have no stock control whatsoever. From these reviews it’s clear they’ve had this problem for months and don’t have the skills to rectify it.
Don’t waste your time trying to buy from them, at this rate they’ll be bust by the Summer.

I had trouble ordering this and the Company were really quick and helpful in sorting it out.
The brush itself is also very good. I have a little Bichon cross and although I have tried lots of different combs and brushes, he was always getting loads of knots.
I was reluctant to pay this much for yet another brush but it really does live up to the great reviews. I bought the single headed one and it’s really good for his size.
My pooch still doesn’t love being brushed but it’s much faster with the Doodle Brush and for the first time last week, the groomer said he had no knots….result!
