I recently made a pet insurance claim for the first time. It was a quick, easy process and there were no issues having my claim approved exactly as per my policy within a few working days. Would recommend!

I still haven't received my order which was expected 10-12 days ago. Two emails to customer services with my order number have gone unanswered and royalmail tracking hasn't been updated for 14 days, it still just says despatched. A loyal roman customer is now going elsewhere.
You've sent me a request for feedback and my item hasn't even been delivered yet! I'm not impressed Monsoon.

Phone was answered immediately and my entire call took less than five minutes. A refreshing change compared to the normal long queues and wait times at other banks recently. Gloria was quick and helpful, job done.

Amazing customer service from Jackie! My first order mistakenly got returned to dryrobe by DPD and within 48 hours I had a replacement as I had emailed them and explained that this was a gift. Will order again just because of the prompt and friendly service (and get myself one as they look fab!)

I bought from Hotter for the first time in March. First I had the bizarre experience of one shoe fitting and the other being way too big?! I have never had that with any other shoe company! Now they have had my returns since 23rd March with no sign of a refund. I will most definitely not be buying again- there are plenty of other excellent shoe companies out there.

Super! I was a first time customer and used Sparkling Direct after reading reviews. My mother in law had had a tough year getting through the pandemic so we wanted to do something nice for her lockdown birthday. So glad we did - great communication and on time delivery from Sparkling Direct, she loved the champagne and chocolates. Will definitely use again for other gifts!
I've had several different breakdown companies (and sadly had to use them all!) Much prefer green flag due to the easy app that kept me updated about recovery times and name and registration of technician. He was also 40 min earlier than his ETA which was great! Was back on the road only a few minutes after he arrived. Would recommend!

I rang kiddicare before placing an order for a children's bed as the description was unclear as to whether the bed came with a mattress. I was told it did, ordered the bed and of course it was delivered with no mattress. I rang Kiddicare again, was assured a mattress would be sent to me and have not heard from them since (now 3-4 weeks). Will never buy from them again or recommend them to anyone.
