It was pretty good when I needed it

It was pretty good when I needed it, I did run out of relevant content pretty quickly though. The AI function is good as well for on the spot counselling through a thought or feeling.
I will say that I wasn’t given any reminders about renewal, and when someone is in a particular dark place, that’s not really something they think about - I can vouch for that. So when £99.99 suddenly came out of my account I was really shocked, I hadn’t used the app in a couple of months. Speaking to customer service they could only refund half of it, that’s still quite scary because it’s still a weeks worth of food spent on an app I’m not going to use.
So overall was ok when I was in a crisis, but still just as sneaky as other apps claiming to be all about healing and mental health.

To clarify, there’s nothing hidden in our approach: Liven works on an auto-renewing subscription model, which is always outlined at checkout, in our Terms & Conditions, and in the Membership section of the app 🙌 Honestly, many digital services follow this model, as it provides uninterrupted access without users needing to manually extend their plans.

Additionally, after any subscription activation, a confirmation email is automatically sent to your inbox, detailing the subscription terms including the auto-renewal and pricing. That said, we hear your point about reminders, and you’re absolutely right: we're currently working on additional reminder features to make renewals feel more supportive.

We’re also sorry to hear that your interaction with our support team didn’t feel fully helpful. The drivers literally just shove your…

The drivers literally just shove your parcel anywhere, I get photos as ‘proof of delivery’ when it’s not even my front door/any front door of my neighbour. Useless and so frustrating you can’t contact them to tell them you won’t be in.

They sent me the wrong item, completely different MacBook than I bought online, and then I have tried to contact them using their online form and have been ignored. Very frustrating.
