After having our payments 'retained' by Turnkey and asked for $1000 more to use our 'credit' for the same house that still is under quarantine and unable to ski, now Turnkey responds to my review: read it for yourself, it's garbage!
And to add insult to injury, after removing every negative review from myself and many others on LinkedIn, they alleged that I was misusing Linkedin and got me banned from the site to prevent my further complaints! This company is unscrupulous and manipulative. My best hope for them is they end like the Madoff clones they are.

I have never been so disappointed in abysmal customer service as I have with TAP, BOTH in Portugal and the US. After hours wrestling with a poorly-functioning website and then hours with customer service on the phone, both in Portugal and in the US I have been unable to book a simple flight for my daughter using miles, buying miles (at an absurdly exorbitant rate) or even lodging a complaint!
I will abandon expecting Miles&Go to have any benefits, and only book through functioning websites in the future.
Ana tried to be helpful, but told me that I could not even lodge a complaint over the phone, and that I should continue to waste my time trying alternative browsers. Then she informed me that to buy the additional 22,000 miles I needed would cost $870!
I hope your purchase goes through, and that the new airline knows what they are doing both on the web and on the phone.
So, a summary of my findings after about 5 hours of trying to buy a ticket: The website does not provide information on purchasing with miles until you proceed from#3, then it offers about a$12 discount for 200 miles with no options to use more miles until AFTER you proceed to purchase, then depending on unknown and undisclosed constraints you might get the option of using more miles for a 10% discount. Miles required is astronomical compared to other airlines 84,000 plus $200 cash for a $400 ticket, so don’t bother. If you use the Miles&Go credit card you get minimal points (700), but no benefits for family members for whom you are purchasing tickets. Customer service lines in PT and US disconnect while on hold and there are no published email addresses. When you get customer service in an hour or so of trying there is no complaint person, sent back to the website (where help is hidden behind 3 lines, top right). Call back 'feature' only accepts Portuguese phone numbers. Horrific experience, long layovers in LIS, better to use United direct to Faro

If we would have use Wise instead of our bank transfer for the deposit on our apartment we would have saved thousands of dollars. Better exchange rate and no onerous fees on both ends. very quick transfers to other countries; gives trends of exchange rates; very easy to use and transparent. Visa card can be loaded with different currencies; great for travel. Have used Wise for a number of years and only once was a transfer delayed but successful

Stole money due to Covid, fabricate reviews, sold out.

Got a notice that my life insurance I was unaware of from 1991 was about to cancel, paid what was asked and made a quarterly payment. Next quarter I got another cancellation notice, request for more money, and called again.
Unintelligible customer service unable to explain why, asked for a call back from a supervisor, never received.
Scam likely, going to pass on giving them any more money based on poor reviews from others.

Lowest price, fast delivery! Amazon failed to source the dishwasher after 3 weeks, Best came for 60euros cheaper in less than a week. Delivery called 10 minutes before arrival (there was no other warning or tracking however), nice people!

After failing to return deposits from renters and homeowners due to covid restrictions, fires and the Texas freeze, and ostensibly provides credits that are difficult if not impossible to use, now Turnkey sells out to Vacasa, sticking them with the problems!!

I have two tips for finding valid and honest reviews: Most of the 5 stars are reviews 'invited' by the company, not spontaneous reviews.
Second, see how many people found the review 'useful' as corroboration.
