This is the first time that when expecting a delivery, I received an sms with a PIN number that the courier asked for, before handing over my package. Another security level to ensure the package gets handed over to the right person.

Brilliant customer service. A third party removed my new delivered flat packed box, thinking it was a loft ladder that was being returned. We managed to track down the courier responsible who admitted they had mistakenly picked up the box and would return it. By the time this happened, the package had been through numerous depots, handled multiple times resulting in badly damaged outer packaging and the fixtures and fittings being lost. I contacted customer services explained the events and they provided replacement items at zero cost. I am over the moon as the courier responsible for loosing the items was trying to wriggle out of paying any compensation or replacing the box in the first instant knowing that what I was left with, was useless. Keter UK customer services have restored my faith. First rate company to deal with.

No fuss website. Products work really well. Have had no issues with our septic tank since using the sites products and the tank remains healthy. Delivery of products is quick and comes with no frills packaging, which is great as you only get what is required and can be recycled.

Parcel which was in a paper bag was left on the top of a rubbish bin. If the driver had ventured to the other door there was a porch where the parcel could have been left offering it protection. The house is situated sideways on, so you can go either way. Driver didn’t bother to discover if there was another door. He couldn’t go through the gate to the garden and left it on a bin in the drive.

Easy to navigate around the site. Measurements are true to size and the items fitted really well. Completing my purchase was easy. Delivery was quick without issues. Had a number of products from this site and always have had a pleasant shopping experience.

Parcel left on the door step. People were home and the door bell wasn’t pressed. Please can the courier ring the bell instead of dumping and running.

Very easy to navigate around the site. Got what I wanted which ended up being surplus to requirements. I had no problems returning the items and obtaining a full refund. Have bought from this company before and have had no problems. Will definitely return.

Delivery was in the time slot notified. Plenty of notice and messages received to keep me up to date with the delivery. Driver rang the front door bell and waited for me to answer which is unusual these days as other couriers just leave packages on the door step and don’t bother ringing the door bell. The first you know an item is delivered is when you get a msn to say it’s been delivered.

Delivered on time and in one piece. What more can you ask for…. Although quick, the Driver was polite and handed me my parcel.

The plants came on time and in perfect condition. They have easily transplanted into the garden and are starting to grow. Really pleased with the purchase experience and delivery.

The courier failed to deliver the original consignment. Angelina at Smart Ink immediately offered me a refund or a new set of cartridges by the fastest delivery option. I have used Smart Ink before and I was more than happy to ask for a replacement set. Angelina lived up to her word and they were delivered the following day. The customer service is excellent and cannot be faulted. This was a positive experience and congratulate Smart Ink on providing a really good customer service.

Delivery and quality of the item was accurately reflected. Delivery was on time and items secured to a pallet. Courier provided notification in advance of delivery date and time window. A very efficient and reliable customer service.

Product arrived on time. Quality is very good and looks exactly as it does on the web site. It looks wonderful on my wood floor and gives a nice warm feeling. Would definitely recommend SWOON to friends and family.

Brilliant customer service. Had a couple of problems with product codes but the team bent over backwards to deal with and resolve the issue quickly. Delivery each time was the following day. Products are as advertised and good quality. I now have a lovely sparkling downstairs toilet.

Worktop arrived on time, the delivery guy phoned me to give me an estimated time of arrival which was pretty much spot on. Product is lovely and good quality. The only downside; there is only one man on the van, and had to rely on a friend to pop round and help unload as it was quite long and heavy. They couldn't cut the worktop down to manageable sizes.
