Parcel sent on 21st September with a destination in the same city, and as of today it still hasn't been delivered!

No explanation whatsoever from DPD who are denying receipt of the parcel despite me supplying them with proof of postage, and when the tracking clearly states the parcel was collected by the "driver!"

I could've walked the parcel there myself!

I suspect the parcel has been stolen by one of the staff.

Don't know where you got 4.5 stars from!

1 pair of trainers cost me £255.99 which I returned and Laced refunded me £204.32!! Either Laced aren't good at maths or I got ripped off!

The Size Guide says a 36 is equal to 38-39" waist when in reality a 36 is equal to a 36" waist! And there is no option to return this item. This has happened twice now.

How can a parcel be out for delivery for 2 days!!

There's no point in saying what has already been said about Office in the previous reviews and you should already be familiar with the risks by now. Any how, I made the textbook error of not reading the reviews before my purchase! It took Office 5 days to even process my order so I instructed them to cancel the order to which they responded with the usual "It's already been sent!" although Yodel, yes Yodel said they haven't even collected it yet!
I have no idea where the parcel is now despite the tracking saying it's been delivered. If it does show up I don't want it because according to the reviews it will probably have been worn and the box damaged, if a box has even been included at all!

Had a few hiccups but we got there in the end. Good company.

Driver left the parcel outside some random block of flats!
