I give 10 out of 10 for the dog food but 0 out of 10 for the customer service. Delivery took 9 working days (I was told five). I sent three emails asking for a delivery date and not one of them was answered. I tried to 'phone continuously for two days but the 'phone was never answered. I hope somebody in charge at DWD looks at the reviews and hopefully rectifies the abysmal customer service. If the dogs didn't do so well on the dog food I wouldn't deal with this company. If I ran my business like this I'd be ashamed!
