Been with Verisure for a few years

Been with Verisure for a few years. Recently our camera on the garage stopped recording. I am not tec savvy so after a few painstaking hours and futile resets its competely removed itself. The system is so complex its untrue. All as we wanted is a camera that simply works without hours of unhelpful bul*%$i*. Just given 60 days notice!

I am so sorry to hear that you've experienced these issues with your camera devices. We do have the infrastructure in place to assist you with resolving these concerns, whether it's remotely or with an engineer visit, it is a shame that we have not been able to assist you up until this point.

Good service nice people. Top job.

Yes, very good. I had a couple of reminders before the day so I would remember! Service was good. Had a couple of coffees and a biscuit, had a lovely chat with Heather who sold us our car two years ago and a good (rain free) walk into Knutsford. I was kept up to date with progress of the servive and our car was washed (which is a bonus).

Not so sure its excellent

Not so sure its excellent! Keeps logging me out. So frustrating. Getting a little fed up! Promised live internal cameras would be ready Feb 24. Now it's July 24 and guess what ZIP!!!

I am so sorry that you're frustrated with the delay on our Arlo devices, sadly stock for this devices is very limited at this time and we are doing our utmost internally to ensure we have plenty of stock for the near future and beyond.

We appreciate that this is an annoying situation you find yourself in, but sadly this is also costing us as a business too, so believe me if we had a quick fix, we would most certainly entertain it.

BRITISH GAS SERVICE VISIT

Got a telephone call from engineer about 1 hour before arriving. Even though he was a contractor he did a thorough job, explained things and was easy to converse with. Also cleaned out a type of filter at the bottom of the boiler full of filthy water. Never seen that done before! 10/10 from me

Hi all out there

Hi all out there. I would have given the Solicitors 5 however, initially I tried to ring up but despite repeated phone calls I could not get through. Subsequently, Niall who handled our case has been excellent. He communicated to us by e mail on every step of the way. Thank you Niall. It might be an idea to explain from the outset to people how the system works i.e. via e mail rather than by telephone! It is however, sometimes good to talk! On reflection 4.5 stars! Regards, John

Having an ongoing problem in receiving our hand sets! I don't know who is telling the truth daisy or DPD. Anyway waited in twice no delivery. Once I accept but not twice!! Something is very wrong!! Daisy customer services not that helpful as basically they had no idea why delivery hasn't happened

PURCHASE OF OUR NEW EVOQUE

If you want a Land /Range Rover my wife and I can recommend Guy Salmon at Knutsford. We were guided all the way through the process of buying a new car (our 2nd from the dealership) and our sales person Heather could not have looked after us better. 10/10 for service.
