Just taken delivery of a watch from…

Just taken delivery of a watch from lifestyle and can honestly say that not only was it better than their description but the entire process from beginning to end was fantastic,it can be quite nerve racking buying something you’ve never seen but Daryl made all of the process safe and secure…..and he’s a nice bloke, would definitely recommend this company

Sent me the cup in a beautiful box but…

Sent me the cup in a beautiful box but not packaged forcing the delivery company to put the delivery details all over the front of the box, really poor if you ask me, next time put it in a bag before you hand it over to Evri !!

Forbearance

Still waiting for a call to rearrange our holiday! So wish we had of booked with BA they have been brilliant to our friends. Note to Virgin instead of furloughing most of your staff keep some people on the phones for those loyal Customers who are trying to show you some forbearance! We have completed your request for a call back form around 10 times only to be totally ignored. Worst Customer experience I have ever had - shame on you Virgin!

Our holiday to the Caribbean

Our holiday to the Caribbean was cancelled a week before we were due to leave (mid May) and they offered us a Chance to re book (plus 8000 air miles) the same holiday next year or a refund.we wanted to give a little forbearance so completed the form requesting them to call us to re-book, but they have completely ignored us! Shame on you Virgin Holidays. Next time British Airways!!!
