I visited our local store in walsall for some watch repairs to be done and a lovely lady approached and asked if she could help me and when I spoken to her about what I needed,she was so helpful and respectfully and explained everything to me before carrying out the work it was very reassuring, I was so pleased with the service and respect and time given to me ,so thankyou to this lovely lady who is named Gemma the store manager

Fantastic choice,s of pet product,s and price,s are great. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The store is very clean and great space to move around safely,they have a vet,s in store aswell which is great because you can ask advice on pet care if your concerned ,

Goods arrived on time and in good condition,but the drive seemed to be rushed and busy doing his deliveries,no photo,s was taken or details requested from him, and the language barrier was a little confusing

Recieved part of an order I placed with pets at home,but I only recieved part of it by two different company,s my order conformation said it was being delivered in three stages but I've only recieved two parts, pets at home are helping to trace where my other part of the order as gone and are willing to replace the other goods that have gone missing,I've had various emails from evri saying different thing,s the only best company was dpd,I guess evri has stolen my goods outstanding

On arrival to dsf wednesbury we was able to browse around befor having a lovely gentleman approach us asking us if we needed any help, we explained what we was looking for and the gentleman was very helpful and explained everything to us,his advise and guidance realy put us at ease to help us make a decision on what to buy,the gentalman completed All necessary documents needed and spoken and explained everything we needed to know which made our purchase run very smoothly,what all lovely service to recieve

My washing machine drum brok a few day,s ago and I made a phone call and the engineer was booked for the same day,and replaced my drum and brackets eith in two days,fantastic service then a week later my door hinge broke made another call and eith in two day it was all done and dusted ,very clean and professional service from the company and engineers

Ordering was good but when you booked a delivery slot. It was received early than expected and posted through the door. I guess this is better than nothing. But why do u need to book a time slot if this happens.iteams was received in very good condition and it was a great and secure service to use
