Amazing 1-1 service in the physical store!
All in all decent service, but seem a little understaffed to support the online demand for orders and customer support on busy periods like holidays. Amazing 1-1 service in the physical store!
What was not that great:
I ordered a Gazelle e-bike with delivery 1-3 days. It was actually delivered after 2 weeks but at least I received a notice about the delay. The delay was kind of expected as it was closed to Christmas holidays but I would still prefer if they were more realistic on their website about the expected delivery. I’ve also received a smaller frame size than the one ordered but they were also kind enough to give me a call to inform me and discuss if I want an alternative.
What was great and beyond my expectations:
The service from the guy in the physical store was perfect! He was very polite and helpful, using a lot of time to give me information about the bike, the Danish rules about insurance and a lot of tips about first time owners of ebikes. Also really patient about giving me a chance to try out the bike to see if the smaller frame size suits me well.
All in all I would definitely recommend this place with more or less expected hiccups, but impressive personal assistance in the physical store.
