5*s for two reasons

5*s for two reasons.

The first being that the product is lovely and really good quality.

The second point really stands out though and that is for how impressive the customer support was and how quickly they acted on an issue with postage (nothing to do with Monica Vinader but the courier). Even though they did nothing wrong, they went above and beyond to help with the situation and make up for the failings of the courier. So impressed.

Will use again for sure.

I can't believe how bad this experience…

I can't believe how bad this experience was.

Current O2 customer and wanted to pre order new iphone15 and struggle with 5G where I live and EE showed as much better so went for the move. Website worked well and happy with the change. All going well until the email I got said call us to discuss your move/contract. keep in mind this is after £600 was taken from my credit card.

Next day I try and call, they had closed their support lines. This afternoon call again and kept on hold for an hour. Bad enough...don't worry it gets worse.

Next thing I know I am doing more credit checks, fine I guess and they all pass.

After this they then say as a new customer the plan I paid for online isn't valid for me and is actually £10 a month more. No movement on this.

So after paying for the upgrade and moving to EE as a new customer, to spending a day trying to get hold of them and an hour on hold, I then had to pay £10 more a month to get the deal that I paid for online the day before.

Cancelled the whole thing because I couldn't not deal with the idea that this company gets my money for the next two years.

Vodaphone seemed to have the same network coverage as EE so have still moved away from O2 (who were great, just not the same 5G in my area) and have had a great transfer experience so far.

Best phone network in the country...pfft

Literally the worst

Literally the worst. It is the communication and lack of care that is the problem.

Flight delayed at Genoa with the aim to get to Stansted…fine and they push back three hours and we wait. Three hours comes and they push back again and we wait but then as it gets to 9pm they send a text to say the flight is delayed until the next morning. No information about hotel or support just that the flight is delayed.

The flight is then at 8:30am with an airport arrival time at 6am…ok, let’s crack on with that. Get up and then a text stating your flight is delayed until 11:30. Ok, at least a bit more sleep. Get to the airport for 9:30 and go through security and boom, text stating flight delayed until 18:00.

Worthless company with utterly terrible customer service and the worst levels of communication.

I would rather never fly again than go with this a*** crack of an airline.

Awful experience...website and booking…

Awful experience...website and booking experience as easy as always but then on the day the van just doesn't turn up and is impossible to get in contact with. The Anyvan call centre also couldn't get in contact with the driver but had no other way of helping me. Eventually Anyvan cancelled on the day (after I called them) and gave me a full refund however this then led to me having no way of moving out on the day of exchange. Incredibly stressful with no follow up compensation or apology from AnyVan.

Upon review of your booking we understand that the provider we had allocated to your move did not arrive within the time slot you had booked. It does appear that we were unable to contact them further to discuss their location and we, therefore, had to declare them as AWOL.

We completely understand how inconvenient this must have been for you and we can only sincerely apologise for this however in situations such as this we are only able to reschedule or cancel with a full refund.

If you wonder why estate agents have a bad name then look no further than this company. James Anderson will do anything to take the fee; including breaking contracts, deception and last minute hidden deals. This is all on top of them forgetting/not caring that their actions directly effect people’s lives. This company need to take a long hard look at the way that they operate because karma will catch up on them. Avoid not only because of the terrible service but because they are morally corrupt.

To be clear, you were not buying the house through James Anderson. My company were asked by the owner to sell the property and we simply complied with this request. I do not condone gazumping and wish that the government would act to eradicate it for the benefit of everybody, Estate Agents included.

Terrible communication (no one even bothered to respond), poor delivery service (which ended with my items being returned) and no sense of care. Only reason it isn't one star is that I used to really like this company due to the quality of their shirts.

Just don’t

Ordered fence panels for a set date...get told they will turn up between 8 and 6, fine, I stay in all day. They don’t turn up. I call and they don’t know why so have to call the store. The store just say it failed and the next delivery slot is two days later. This obviously doesn’t work when you pick the first date deliberately because the work is being carried out.

No communication between central call centre and stores. No understanding of the customer and terrible delivery.

People on phones nice enough but the systems they have to work within are not good enough.

Don’t shop at Wicks.

Terrible communication.

Terrible communication.

The platform is good and allowed for me to meet with the seller who showed me around the house which was lovely. However once I put an offer in everything went wrong.

The seller was trying to communicate with me via house simple and I would get different people ringing me asking for the same information. This information would then never get back to the buyer and this in turn cost me the house and the buyer didn't take me seriously.

I am actually appalled by the service house simple provide. They need to seriously look at their messaging and communication processes.

This company are obviously focused on selling and are so poorly equipped towards catering towards the needs of the buyer.

Truly awful experience and complete lack of care.
